This place is CREEPY and not in a Halloween way. Every mall this company purchases they all become ghost towns. No food court locations open at all, so don’t come here hungry. I used to enjoy coming here, won’t be back. This place needs new owners that don’t drive it to the ground like this one does.

It’s literally empty except for FYE. Just sell the mall to a company that would revamp it and get stores back in or make i into an outlet mall. Advestise free rent for first year to fill it back up idk something. Mall has been dead for a long time and it would be nice for it to be back full of stores.

What is the point of going to an empty mall? There were three stores open in total. Kohl's, Lids and some offbrand Hot Topic. Just shut the place down already.

Empty mall but it's oddly calming and you never have to worry about crowding. Sad to see empty stores but what little stores they have left will surely have stock that you wouldn't find in a popular store location. Would take a star off for security telling us not to take a picture of the empty mall areas and stores but we were being a little invasive by looking into empty store fronts (im sure he was happy to do something since there isnt much to do there). If you love liminal space vibes, a big fye, a cool anime store, and no big mall crowds, this is your place. (plus an extra star if i could because security rolled up on us on an electric scooter).

I hate to say this, i really do, but this mall is dead. Every few months another store closes. As a very small kid, i would come here often and play, shop, and feel happy. That cant happen anymore. My childhood is gone.

Sad This "mall" is all but totally dead. I think 6 or so stores left, and kohls, nowhere to get a drink or a restroom, escalators blocked off or shut off. Food court shut down except for one place. This was my favorite mall because I didn't need to fight crowds, and walk 5 miles to get inside. My favorite theater too but that closed a while ago. I liked it because it had matinees and decent concessions. Always plenty of seating and usually not packed. Even Red Robin is gone. I don't see a revival here, reminds me of charlestowne now.

It's so different now, just empty. It is nothing like it was in the 90s. It was always busy, full of stores, full food court, the theater, and the giant waterfall displays. I understand the pandemic really took it's toll but this mall should consider closing at this point. Make the area into something useful. I took my daughter last month and it was a waste of time. It's actually sad how things turned out. This is the emptiest mall I have ever seen. I don't understand why anyone would give it more than a one star rating based on what it is now.

I needed to buy a pair of shoes , so I came here first thing in the morning. I will use it since I have a basketball game next next day. When I entered the store, the employees did not give off the impression that they were particularly interested in assisting me. I asked her for assistance in locating the perfect pair of shoes, but she barely looked up from her phone and gave me a hazy answer. I wasn't happy with how the staff at this place treated their customers. So before my mood changed I chose to look around the store on my own and see if I could find a pair of shoes I liked. As I looked around, I noticed that some of the shoes weren't placed in the appropriate location on the boxes, which made it difficult to select the appropriate size. Some of the shoes were missing their matching pair, and it was upsetting to find others that were damaged in some way. I was still able to find a pair of shoes that I liked even though the customer service was not good and the displays were a complete mess. After I grabbed the shoes I went to the cashier to pay for a pair of shoes, there was a long line at the register and only a few cashiers to help people with their purchases. Before I could finally pay for what I had purchased, I had to stand in line for close to a quarter of an hour. This place was not free from hassle and also it did not provide me with the most enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, I ran into a few issues, which is never a good sign for customer service. I will give this outlet a 3 stars rating only.

I haven't gone since I was in high school ( use to love it) and then went again a few months ago. There is barely anything left. Something wrong here, I don't get why keep it open if big gaps of the mall is closed

I have great memories visiting this mall back in 1998 and 2002, 2004. Sadly, this mall is slowly dying like a lot of malls in the country. I especially like this mall because my parents, brother and myself would hang out here as a family - watch movies and eat out. Good memories! I’d love to see this mall live and kicking again just like old times!

I have great memories of this mall back from early 2000s. We would hang out here as a family - eat, play at the arcade and watch movies. The movie theatre is gone and the arcade was closed today. Sadly this mall is dying - most businesses are gone. I wish to see this mall restored back to its former glory.

A ghost mall...I'm sad to see malls are disappearing. This is a large mall, but majority of the stores closed including Round 1. The only thing that is keeping the mall from shutting is Kohls, Escape Room, Axe throwing room, and Jujutsu class

Come here to reminisce what it used to be. Would love for it to come back to life but of course with the same layout to keep some of that nostalgia. I especially love that movie theater entrance, such a shame for it to go to waste. I also love the fact that fye is still the same as if frozen in time...so many memories?

Empty, not much there. Very sad. I drive over to Yorktown Mall because they allow not just survice dogs but well behaved dogs too. I go more frequently and meet a lot of shoppers with their dogs who specifically come there to shop because we can bring our well behaved dogs along. I even meet friends to walk our dogs, shop and eat. Maybe consider allowing well behaved Dogs..... If Yorktown Center is doing it, it might work here. Have some dog events/expos too. There is enough space.

My favorite dead mall. I'm gonna be seriously devastated when it closes because I swear I've left this mall with more stuff than a mall that's "alive". The TooCool and the FYE are significantly cheaper and I love that
