Awful customer service at this location! Go in for an on line pick up. Two employees at register see me standing there waiting. One turns her back on me, the other grabs her purse to walk out on lunch. I have to ask multiple people if they can get my order. Looks like they all hate their jobs.

Carissa was my stylist who did my hair and went above and beyond i showed her about 2-3 reference pictures and described how i wanted my haircut and she did even better than how i explained i wanted it, it was my first time at an ulta salon and im definitely coming back to her she gave me a wash, cut and a blowout and i asked for volume and some tips to retain volume and she recommended great products im absolutely in love with my hair and 10/10 recommend her!

Not terribly busy, helpful/friendly associate. I like that you have a return option, especially when there's no sample/try-on product.

Inventory is low. One person at register talking with another staff as I waited. Person arrived for pick up order and staff went to help her. The Danada store seems better.
