I used this branch today for the first time. Eddie Sanchez helped me, and he was very prompt, friendly and professional. He helped me straighten out an issue with my credit card and he suggested a couple of banking products. I've already recommended him to three relatives. Thank you, Eddie, for excellent customer service.

Nadya, the lady who helped me, went above and beyond to help me open my brand new bank account after the last one was closed due to a negative balance. I paid off the negative balance on Saturday and came in on Monday to open a new bank account and even though it was too soon, she called her manager who was off for the day to navigate the complex procedures to open an account for me. She was really sweet and really determined to help me. Definitely recommend this branch!

I see few OLD bad reviews and a few good ones, the current manager Samuel was so kind. I started coming here after I few TERRIBLE experiences at another branch. Will be coming here as long as these lovely people are staffed there. So helpful and nice that's all I could ask for!

Ill start this with stating that this is the very first negative review I have ever left. This branch deserves it though. I have showed up at times the bank claims to be open, but it never has been. I have over ten thousand dollars in payroll checks I have needed to deposit in person for a month. I have banked with US for many years and I’ve just about had it at this point. If you do not want my money then I’ll head over to the only open branch, withdraw my entire account, and bank somewhere more convenient and dependable. Close this branch entirely. What an absolute waste.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I believe his name is Julio, chubby Hispanic guy with glasses. He is probably the most incompetent banker I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He's inexperienced and clearly not trained well. His current manager Phil is equally incompetent. If you appreciate proper customer service with experienced bankers then stay the hell away from here!!

I want to give 5 stars and zero stars. I want to preface by saying I love US Bank and have been with them for years. I recently opened my business account there as well. I just want to say, Tommy is one of the best.

Came to deposit a check here after work because this was the only branch near my house that was open. The extended hours are really the only plus about this place. The woman teller that was helping me (I didn't get her name) was extremely rude. Not sure if it was because closing time was in 30 min and they were pretty busy or it was just me. The check was one that was signed over to me that I had issues depositing in the ATM previously. I called 2 branches after receiving my returned check as well as the 800 number for the bank and everyone said the same thing, bring it into the branch to deposit. As previously stated this was the only option for me after work as I work in a hospital so hours are frequently changing. She claimed to get her manager on the phone? Not sure why a manager wasn't in person, but according to her she said that her manager, Ryan wouldn't let me deposit this check. I had explained all the extra work I did on my end to ensure this would be a smooth process as I needed this money ASAP for an important matter. She said absolutely not and gave little to no explanation why and made me leave check in hand. The following day I missed a portion of work to go to a different branch who was extremely nice and deposited the check no problem for me. From now on I will avoid this Bloomingdale Meijer branch at all costs and would rather miss work to get better customer service. It says a lot when a customer is willing to miss some hours on their paycheck to avoid going somewhere. This needs to be addressed and all the branches need to be consistent with their policies and procedures.

Customer service is great but they need to hire more people to take care the loans or a separate person to attend customers that need to place their deposit or anything else. I had to go back home because there wasn't enough employees. The only two employees were helping customers with loans while 7 + were waiting to make their deposit. Either hire more people or organized in a way that people are not left waiting hours or have to go home without doing their deposit or whatever they drove there to do...
