I just had my 2x2 taken today, and the girl who took my picture did not even bother to let me know that my bra straps are showing, my necklace is not in place etc. My suggestion is, whoever is going to take the photo, they should let the person know to fix theirselves or show the picture to them. You can’t just print it out without saying nothing that’s very unprofessional! I called them, and talked to Kevin their manager, thankfully he’s going to retake my picture.

I’ve had two prescriptions that I can’t pick up because these people are too lazy to do their job. I called my doctors office and they already sent them authorisation. It’s been over a week.

About a year and a half ago I switched over to this store. I was having issues with another store where the assistants were very hard to understand. It took forever to get a prescription filled and got no help on the floor for medicines.Since changing to this store I have had much better service. I did have one episode where I was told to find something myself. But I complained to the pharmacist and it was rectified. I am much happier at this location.

The pharmacy workers are extremely unprofessional and rude. They are argumentative and won’t even let u speak. They constantly cut you off mid sentence and don’t want to hear what u have to say. Also, they have given me the wrong medication multiple times now. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

This is worst store ever I went in with my kids right behind me. Not even few minutes into being in the store the manager goes up to my kids and tells them to leave not even ask if parents are around calls them idiots, little did they know I was in an aisle over and heard all of this. I felt this was very disrespectful. She tried to say they were running around the store not once did the run around the store although they were being boys.

Priti was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with there. So today I picked up my mom's prescription like I do every month. They were missing one prescription, she was suppose to get 5. So I'm like I think she was suppose to get 5. So I called my mom since I don't know which one is missing and Priti was just so helpful in helping us figure out what was missing. Seriously she was awesome helping me getting me the one prescription that was missing. Sometimes not everyone goes out of there way to help and Priti was a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for your help.

The wait at the drive-in pharmacy was a little long but the woman there was so nice and helpful!

Priti is the nicest pharmacist/tech I've observed in all my years. I've never seen someone so friendly, informative and engaging with their customers. It was very nice to see such positivity.

I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with Walgreens and BCBS of Illinois to confirm that I have insurance. Most of that time was spent on hold with Walgreens. Despite BCBS confirming my coverage and me having a valid card Walgreens couldn’t make it work in their system. I had Covid so I spent another 45 minutes in store (double masked) in an attempt to get my prescription filled.I finally just agreed with them that I didn’t have coverage because the government will cover the Covid meds if you’re uninsured. After wasting an entire afternoon while I felt less than stellar, I find out the costs were $6.09 which I would have gladly paid. Walgreens has a lot to learn about what constitutes good customer service.

This is in regards to the pharmacy, not the retail part of Walgreens. There was a quality control issue with a medication that is imperative I take every day. A claim was filed with the pharmaceutical company and they advised me not to ingest because the chemical structure may have been compromised. They agreed to reimburse if Walgreens would cooperate. The pharmacist laughed at me when I told her about my scenario. So I called the pharmaceutical company again and they said to me we're willing to work with Walgreens but they have to meet us halfway. We can't force them to replace the medication for you. Fair enough, so I call Walgreens one more time. They put me on hold for 30 minutes. Kept ringing and then they would slam the phone on hold. I was told no again. that's not the problem. It's how I was told no. I believe that there was a bias because of the type of medication it was. She was unprofessional and rude at best. I found out that my nurse at the doctor's office tried calling them as well and she was appalled to have received the same treatment by them, after being put on hold for 30 minutes of course. When I finally speak with my doctor about this he had quite the opinion of Walgreens pharmacy. Apparently they have built a reputation of being quite lackluster pertaining to customer service. Everyone has a bad day. But apparently they had a bad day when the nurse called on my behalf as well. They should have at the very least been interested to hear about my scenario because it likely will happen again with somebody else. Matter of fact the lot number of my medication has been discussed recently on Reddit for quality issues. I wouldn't recommend this Pharmacy. The only benefit is the convenience of many locations

So this has happened twice to my sister I am her POA the pharmacist held up her medicine for her dementia and depression because they thought a 90 day supply should be filled because she said that’s what the Doctors usually do. So I said to them what makes you think you should ask for more When the Doctor ordered 30. This is unacceptable in many ways. I am changing locations the staff is not professionals. This is why Walgreens is in trouble. They will be closing some stores.

Why are you accepting online appointments for drive up covid testing if your drive thru is closed??
