this walmart is the absolute worst for pickup. you call the number on the sign and nobody answers not to mention the people who have been sitting here and they walk right past you. do better walmart!

I saw that this superstore had improved recently, they reorganized things, make it more convenient and cleaner. The pharmacy provides quick and good services and pricing is really competitive. Thanks to the updated and improving.

None of the employees are helpful at all! Their buttons on the locked areas don't even work and if you ask an employee they just send you to someone else. Very aggravating to be ignored and ping ponged through useless employees who don't know where they keep their keys.

Long time waiting for order pick up. waited over an hour for 4 items. ordered ahead to save time, instead wasted more time than need to. First & last time using their order pickup option.

Never has more than two full service lanes open, frequently with lines as long as 10+. When they decided to switch to mostly self-checkout , obviously the consulting firm they hired did not do a good job looking at the demographics of a Wal-Mart Supercenter shopper. There are a lot of senior citizens, non-native English speakers, and because it is a "Supercenter" with groceries, there are a lot of customers buying large carts full of groceries. Bad planning. Don't go unless you want to use self-checkout or you have plenty of time to wait in line.

Manager doesn't care about his customers at all. That is the shortest summary I can give for this store... I drove 20 minutes to this walmart to ask the manager, Patrick, when they would have a product in store and he blatantly lied to my face. I came the morning he said they would be available and they had none. Patrick pretended like he never knew me. How is this guy a manager!!!?? Get him fired please!!! Bringing a bad name to all Walmarts, how can you have a unreliable, lying, rude, and uncooperative bloke as the manager?... He even started bragging to me about his pay! I will not be going back to this Walmart ever again.

Went to purchase a ps5 for my son because they showed 6 in stock and was given the runaround and lied to. 1st manager said he is saving them for his associates. 2nd manager was clueless. 3rd manager basically he is saving the for online only, but you go online and they are not even showing the ps5. Was also told 3 different storiea as to when the actual store manager would be in. First guy (Raymond) said Sunday morning, second guy said Monday morning, and the third supposed manager said Tuesday morning. So which one is it? The whole time two of the three guys I talked to were not wearing a mask while interacting with myself and my son. Never have I ever been treated so rudely!! If I could give 0 stars believe me I would!!!!

Thanks to paravi the team lead was so good with customer service literally sat there with us for three hours on Walmart dot com to get our refund she didn't stop or give up on use we greatly appreciate her help and the pure customer service satisfaction also thanks to one of the stores managers bipin great people thank you so much Walmart team

Bloomingdale walmart it's one of the worst Wal-Mart's to me everytime I go their employees know nothing or act as if they have attitude one of the racist Wal-Mart's I've gone to Rebecca in service desk is horrible to people of color and doesn't know how to do her job. Walmart needs to hire more people that are friendly like Publix...i hate bloomingdale walmart

Not a fan of wallmart had an emergency stop and unfortunately this store was the closest. Its Ridiculous how this store doesn't care about this whole situation covid-19, first of all allowing too many people in the store, groups of people in most aisles, but most importantly allowing babies inside and their mommies taking their sweet time shopping like Wtf?!!!! Is wrong with you people?!?! Not only placing others in danger but their little ones!!!! This should be stores responsibility who they allow inside to protect other costumers but most importantly their staff. This will never end if people/stores don't ack now.

Best prices for most households and groceries. Nice ambiance and very friendly and helpful staff. The "great value" line of food products is the same (packaged) as the major brands only under a different label and much less expensive. The only CONS I can mention regarding my expectations is that they seem to have a hard time keeping many items in stock when I need them sometimes. I do 90% of my grocery shopping here and probably end up saving hundreds of dollars per year.
