In a lot of pain and brought in a steroid prescription to get filled and the Dr didn't put their name on it. So instead of calling the number to find out, they wait til I come back thinking it's ready they say oh we need to call the Dr office to see which Dr prescribed this. I asked why it hasn't been done yet I dropped off the prescription 20 minutes ago. Oh we've been busy we've had multiple prescriptions like this. So here I am 30 minutes and have been told give us 5 minutes. 5 minutes is a long time when you are in a lot of pain. So expect fast service here.

Lately I’ve been having issues picking up mine or my kids medications but last night was the final straw. My newborn has a really bad infection and I came to the pharmacy to see when it would be ready. They told me 20 mins and I had no problem waiting. After 20 mins I came to the front again asking if it was finally ready. They said it’s gonna take another 20 minutes which I was getting annoyed now cause why was it taking that long. They tried to charge me but told them how I haven’t even give them my daughter’s insurance yet. I gave it to the guy, he runs to the back talking to another pharmacist on how to the insurance part. All of a sudden I’m hearing the other pharmacist telling him how they don’t have that medication and that they don’t know when they are gonna have it again. That’s when I got really mad cause why make me wait 40 mins and finally tell me that u don’t have it. Also I came an hour and a half before closing so the fact that they probably forgot about me trying to get this medication pissed me off even more. I’m officially done and will go a different pharmacy from now on.

They called me to tell me that my insurance didn't pay for my medication. I said, " I'm paying out of pocket. Is my medication ready?" They were extremely rude and said they would call me when it's ready. This has been 3 days ago. I had to call them back to get information. Seriously?. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Instead of being judgemental why don't you guys just do your job.

I came to pick a medication for a family member and I had some issues with coverage and Nayla at the Walmart Pharmacy in Bloomingdale went out of her way to assist me. She was empathetic and great at what she does. Thank you so much, Nayla.

Are you freaking kidding me?! The Indian girl (not with the head-dress, but the Chana Masala) actually had the nerve to yell at me when I couldn't understand a word she was saying. Luckily the sweet pharmacist stepped in and saved the moment. Shouldn't a reasonable control of the English language be required when interacting with the public in IL?

Most of the staff is helpful and nice but I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience recently with one pharmacist there. It's unprofessional and unethical that a medical professional such as a pharmacist asks questions wether a customer is using a medicine on regular basis or has been using other pharmacies. Customers are grown up adults and are fully responsible of their medication intake, they are also free to change their pharmaceutical providers if and whenever they wish to. Last but not least, a pharmacist should serve his/her medical role which means provide medicines to those who are eligible, answer his customers questions about prescription and period, he/she shouldn't play the role of a salesman/woman who tries to put pressure on customers to use his/her services.

Every pharmacist on staff @ Bloomingdale Illinois, Armytrail Road store is the most knowledgeable, helpful, accessible, and efficient individuals I have EVER used in my 55 years, without question… no others are a close 2nd!I drive an additional 10 miles / 15 minutes to be a customer at this location! I also will, & occasionally have, paid 5 times more for a script because I know it will be there when I arrive @ pickup! Every script is filled within 15 mins or LESS! True!!!WHENEVER, albeit rare, a script wasn’t able to be filled immediately-the pharmacist on duty, NOT A TECH, called me directly and immediately after having notified the prescribing office to explain to me exactly what the issues are, the steps taken to rectify and suggested action on my part if needed! It’s only happened twice. Thanks to the pharmacist’s prompt attention & personal customer service the prescription was filled within hours… long before CVS or Walgreens app would’ve updated at all!Thx U All!

Store is crowded. Lines for a manned checkouts are LONG. A couple people asked about getting more people to help clear the long lines. No help.anager came over and said there was no help. Why didn't the manager help out for a few minutes until the lines went down? I know the manager can check out I've gone through had had her check us out several times. What ever happened to customer service?????I'd give a zero if I could.

Very bad customer service waiting timings on auto filled stuff & customer curbside takes plenty of time. Even the phone doesn’t work from pickup location. Always short of hands ( employees) need more staffing.

Thank you Allan the pharmacist who went out of his way to fill my 93 year old bed ridden mother’s Nebulozor subscription . I appreciate the time he took on the phone and the time he took to follow up with me.

In my experience, the pharmacy's employees have always been polite, helpful, and responsive. It's not perfect - sometimes wires get crossed and one employee will tell me something totally different than the last one, which can be frustrating. But you can tell that they care, that they're competent, and that they're trying really hard, and that's pretty much all I can ask for.
