EDITED 3/19/24: Customer service from their main office was great. It seems the company is having issues with their phone provider and is still giving out their office number instead of redirecting customers to the 1-800 customer service line. Everyone I talked to today was great.

Shipped a throne chair from Texas to Illinois, it made it to Illinois in 4 days, but had to sit for 3 days due to the company's lack of transportation.
