Don't bother. They have so many items in wrong places including sales spots. And then do nothing to correct the situation. But if you need help with anything don't worry you'll be able to find the most unenthusiastic crowd sitting on their phones at the register. Garbage location

American Eagle has been my first pick for jeans for many years. Tonight my wife and I were hoping to buy jeans. There were 4 young women working in the store, but none of them approached to ask if we needed help with anything. We noticed they were on their phones as we browsed. We picked out a few jeans to try on, walked to the fitting rooms, and saw that they were closed. An employee came from a back room and brushed right past us as we stood there dumbfounded, as there was no apparent reason for them to be closed. I noticed the 4 women standing by the cash registers, chatting and on their phones, and asked if one of them could open a fitting room for us. They replied that they were unable to do so due to staffing shortages. I asked why one of them couldn’t do it, since none of them were doing anything? The answer was that “it was policy” and they couldn’t. I asked to speak to a manager, to which 2 of the women replied that they were managers. They were condescending the entire interaction and acted as if our presence in the store was an inconvenience to them. We set down our items, told them they lost our business, to which one replied “everyone knows our fitting rooms are closed.” I hope these women realize that they are helping to make their careers obsolete, as there is no advantage to shopping in store over online if you can’t try on the merchandise. A very bad look for American Eagle

I live 45 minutes away and have a American Eagle in my town which I avoid because I never really get the help I need in the store. I have worn these jeans for years. I happened to be in Bloomington for my Jeep repair and stopped by the mall. I was able to walk right into this store and was greeted by 3 people who were eager to help me and literally looked at the jeans I was wearing and knew exactly which ones they were and took me to where others like them were on the shelf so I could try them on and purchase a smaller size. I highly recommend this store and the staff are amazing.

I don't generally like American Eagle. This particular location is amazing! The store is huge and I found many items I like!

This American eagle was thee worst one iv been to. the manager was very rude, impolite and walked off with an attitude. I also drove 3 hrs back home and realized they left the sensor on my product. Wouldn't recommend going here.
