“little kids will constantly run out into the parking lot in front of ur driving car, parents do not watch them or keep them out of the road. it says small dogs only but yet people live here with pit bulls and golden retrievers and do not report that they have a pet. they will let them off leash and run into the parking lot. i’ve had reports of kids hitting parked cars with bikes and throwing rocks at car windows. it’s about 1400$ and then some to live in a 2 bedroom where there is constantly people stomping above you. ringing a bell for some kind of ritual and to top it off every buildings walls are all stained of curry i’ve been in pretty much all of them the smell is permanent and will not leave. i have noisy neighbors who yell and scream at about 6-7 am and blast music and oh yeah they had a small kitchen fire smoking out the whole building the other day in my apartment causing everyone to evacuate at about 10:30 pm. overall just a busy place to live not very quiet.”
“I totally agree, she is tough, but she needs to be. She deals with people on a regular basis that can't pay their rent. Pay your bills you won't have to worry about it.”

“Can’t give enough praise to Excel!!Move-in was a breeze and Susy was such a great help by answering my endless list of questions. Since move-in the office has kept in contact very well! When I had a drain issue in my apartment and maintenance tried fixing it, it didn’t quite work. Susy contacted me the next day letting me know they’re going to try something else to fully fix it. If I have any concerns, I’m comfortable enough with the office staff that I know my concerns aren’t falling on deaf ears.”
