*Worst Customer Service Experience Ever*
If you're considering opening a line with AT&T, avoid this location at all costs. They make empty promises and provide terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your phone service needs.
My friends and I, a group of six, decided to open a line with AT&T at this
location. From the start, we were promised a specific amount for our bill, but we never received that price. Every month, our bill was significantly higher than what was initially agreed upon. We were repeatedly told that the bill would standardize after 2-3 billing cycles, but that never happened.
Instead of resolving the issue, they turned the tables on us, insisting that we call customer care ourselves. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating.

My phone is insured thru asurion, and I never saw a technician at AT&T, yet instead was led to believe my phone couldn't be repaired and that I would need to have it replaced.
Upon further assistance/ notice, a claim was placed, and I went straight into an asurion repair store (uBreakiFix) and received a new screen, and now my phone was back to fully functioning (Extrodinary service).
AT&T failed to provide the options available & due diligence as my service provider!

We went in early last evening to discuss a $20+ increase in my phone bill. We had made no changes or upgrades. It took a little while but Alannah & Devin were able to determine AT&T removed discounts in error & then added them back after overcharging me. Their research was very thorough and helped to get the over-charged amount credited to the bill. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

My husband and I have been with AT&T since they were BellSouth in SW Florida. We have been in many AT&T stores, as we travel in a RV in the summer and had a Netgear Blackhawk MIFI and phone issues in the past. This week, we happened to be in the Bloomington, IL area, and our MIFI was not working. We went in on Sunday, after arriving, and once there, it started working again! At least, until that evening. So, Monday, we were back in the store, and Devin came out and spent a long time troubleshooting it for us. He determined that we needed a new one. However, if we did that, our plan would change and it was not for the best. He said, "Give me a minute." He was able to notice that we have insurance on our equipment, and he was able to get us a new replacement. (the new M6 and he saved us $800) ordered and arrived within 24 hours! On Tuesday, we were back to pick it up, and Aaron, was quite helpful in getting the new one set up for us and making sure it was activated before we left the store! I would give this staff 10 stars, but 5 was the maximum! Thank you to Devin and Aaron for your attention to detail and for going the extra mile! You are rock stars for AT&T service!!!

I made an appointment at the store to hopefully get some issues straightened out with an Internet and cell phone bill. We came in and met with Brittany. I couldn't have been treated any better. Her customer relation skills are on point. She was the best to work with hands down and the company is lucky to have someone like her. She was patient and kind and explained things to us. She didn't treated us like we were stupid. Thank you Brittany! We will only go to this location for any future assistance.

I recently went in to upgrade my iPhone. I was assisted by Aaron, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made my experience easy. I felt compelled to write this review because they were such a kind person. I love my new iPhone 15 pro! Thank you, Aaron.

Britt helped my partner and I sort out a very messy situation that was created when signing up for ATT. She handled it in a timely fashion, with grace, and very transparent. We will drive to this store for any issues from now on. Go corporate! Do NOT go to an "Authorized Retailer", as they will mess you up and these guys will have to clean it up.

We worked with Megan and Brittany over the last few days and they were great! Dealt with some technical difficulties, but not their fault. They still helped us get everything situated for the price we wanted and with a smile. Great service.
