Great customer service!
Mar/13 update: they told me back in December to wait 2 billing cycles to payoff my phone for the trade in value to be applied, today they told me I would need to pay full price and my trade in would be lost if I want to do the payoff and unlock my phone to add a second eSIM. So, once again I end up disappointed from the wrong directions from the employees.
