Would give this a zero if I could! Stay away from this location if you do not want them to steal from you while you are sitting in front of them. Picked up an upgraded phone and the representative M D who I hope is terminated after this added a secondary line to my account without my authorization. Only found out after receiving an email. This resulted in lots of time on the phone with an AT&T representative to get this fixed! I will NEVER go back to a prime location again! I may disconnect all 10 lines of service after this experience! Unacceptable!

Went into the the store to get my deceased husbands number canceled and moved over into my name. The store was absolutely no help. Don’t waste your time here. The manager Kimber wanted nothing to do with me since I was buying something. Went down the road and talked to Erik were he was more than glad to help me.

I entered the store after my phone broke. I have insurance and they would not help facilitate a repair. Instead I purchased a new phone before a trip so I wasn't without a phone. When I got home I noticed a second eSIM added. I would not have thought anything of it but while I was there, a different customer came in. He was irate because they added a line to his daughter's plan on an upgrade. His bill drastically went up. This store is an authorized retailer. I went to the actual AT&T store the next day. They informed me that this is a reoccurring problem they see with the authorized retailer. This store tries to meet a quota by adding lines to customers. So now I'm out 4 hours of my time trying to fix it. Stay away from this location

The experience at this location was exceptional. Rob took the time to make sure all our concerns were resolved. He was able to save us more money than expected on our bill. Which made for an easy decision. He made the switch from our old carrier seemless and got us a great deal. Definitely go in and ask for him.

Johnny carnahan helped me get a new phone not too long ago and made it the easiest process I could’ve had. Helped me find the best route of gb and the best type of phone. Really knew his stuff and helped my little brother also. Great guy and great with customer service

As an old man, often when I go into places such as a phone store, workers are out to scam me, and I’m never too sure what to believe from these people, but with this AT&T and especially Johnny, I can always count on them to be honest and never try to screw me over just for a little commission. I’ll be coming to this store any time I have a problem.

I was able to get a fantastic new Samsung phone from Joey. I left Verizon (who I had been with for 20 years) and was shown how much better life is with AT&T. It is very obvious that she cares about her customers wants needs and desires. My new Samsung S23 Ultra was cheaper and works better then Verizon without the headache of dealing with Verizon. If you are thinking about switching, do it NOW. You can thank me later. Make sure to see Joey, she will make your experience a great one!Thank you again Team.

Phenomenal service that you just can't get from any other store. One of the salespersons was so nice and so helpful, she took the time to walk me through my phone and even went out of her way to help me understand it. Wow. Thank you Joey

Very friendly and really seemed to care about their customer. Way better experience than down the road at the other at&t store. (305 n veterans parkway).. wow. I was very frustrated about a problem I was having with my new phone and they had patience and worked through it with me so I fully understood what was going on. Very pleased with the experience and will be going back!

Zero stars- dealing with the manager, Kimber, was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. She is truly uninterested in helping anyone (just said anything to get me out of the store asap) and unprofessional (along with incompetent- so much so that ATT customer service spoke w her while I was on the phone w her and filed a complaint because she couldn’t answer basic questions). After a trade in gone wrong, my phone was taken by an employee but not mailed back. Kimber would not help find the phone and said nothing was her problem because she wasn’t there to see what happened so nothing was her fault (she insisted the employee who took my phone had no recollection of me and would never take a phone that was already deemed as traded in).Literally after I escalated the matter to her boss, the phone reappeared in the store (after being missing for 11 days), Kimber did call me to pick it up but did not explain where it was, nor did she apologize for the hours of time spent on my end dealing with her and ATT customer service. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and go down the street to the other ATT where Brittany was more than happy to try assisting me in the other store’s mistake.
