“We had a issue with our F150 we was stranded, having to pay for another hotel stay.We called Quick lane at Sam L.they let us know they had drivers who can come to you and help. But, they are booked. After a hour or so Katie called us back and said we have a guy who can be there in 20 minutes. Riley showed up and reprogrammed my truck. He was a so patient with us and explained how it works. “Truck deliveries be sure to come in from the east on Lincoln off of Morrisey. Everyone was very nice and Matt in receiving loaded me quickly after unloading truck ahead of me. His battery return core pallets were all stacked and wrapped as good as new batteries. Great job!”
“I found myself with a flat tire across the street from O'Reillys. As I was attempting to remove the tire i was than approached by an O'Reilly employee by the name of Travis. Who shortly after suggested an easier approach to removing the tire and recommend I come into the store to purchase any other tools I may need. Inside the store an employee named Jermey was very helpful in assisting me in what I needed. After purchasing what I needed both employees made their way outside to make sure the tire was properly installed. Service like this is hard to come by. I appreciate their willingness to not only get me what I needed but also extending their personal services. It made the situation alot less stressful. If anyone is having car problems I highly recommend talking to either one of these gentlemen.”
