“My experience with Jason was pleasant and easy. We drove a prospective van and a competitors vehicle. The very next week we filled out our paperwork and we were done. Perhaps the most painful part was trying to learn ILL the features on the van lol. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Jason very much appreciate your work.”

“All About Auto always gives 100% to clients. My car had a check engine light on. It was minor and they let me know that. I so appreciate their honesty! I was grateful for the estimate too. My car is older so there were plenty of things that could be done, but don’t have to be done. They respected my decisions. The price is fair. Not cheap but also not gouging. Honest work at a fair price. Fantastic value.”

“I have had several major issues with my car in the last 1.5 year. I was visiting before moving and my car had a major breakdown. Tuffy rearranged their work schedule to keep me safe on the road and back in my car. Recently, The did excellent body work on my car and replaced a starter. They always prioritize the customer experience and make sure they are transparent about their diagnostic testing before doing any work. Alec at the front desk has stayed late to make sure that I could get my car on the same day of service. I can't speak to the personality of the mechanics; but their service is top notch. If you are ever in a pinch, Tuffy is the place to go. As a nice plus, the pizza shop next door is a great place to grab a bite when you are having quick routine service. Reasonable prices for the quick turn around on repairs and transparency. There might be a cheaper option around, but you get what you pay.”

“After having an unpleasant experience with a previous shop, I gave Clay Dooley a call to see if they could help me out. To my pleasant suprise they agreed to help out and perform what I needed done exactly how I asked. They got me in same day for a 4 tire mount/ balance and an alignment! One of cheapest prices in town done exactly the way I wanted. Will be back again!”

“Our car broke down 2 hours away. I actually called another mechanic first but he was swamped. He referred me to Los Amigos. Man, I'm glad he did. They have their own towing service and shop. Had me picked up in 15 minutes. Had the problem fixed in a few hours (starter went bad). They were extremely busy as well and originally said it would be the next day but when I told them about our situation (it was my son's car at college that broke down), they threw us in the mix and took care of us. I can't speak high enough praise for this company. And their prices were exceptional as well. I wish I could give 6 Stars! Great people and great business!”

“Twin City Tire is awesome. Very honest and good prices. They care about their customers. Very friendly staff. Gerardo at Twin City Tire is the only person out of 3 other shops who listened to what I wanted in a tire. He was able to fit my car with the perfect tires because he listened and I was so happy with the product. I have been a customer ever since. I'm confident in trusting them with my vehicles. Also, as a woman they never talk down to me and always explain things. Definitely my go to for tires, oil changes etc...”

He is honest and hard working, and even sent us back to the dealership because he discovered the broken part was under warranty, when he could have put the cash for the fix in his pocket. “I traded in my 2017 Tahoe Z71 for a 2024 Tahoe Z71 at Sam Leman Chevy in Bloomington. Our salesman was Tyler Nagel and he was great! This was one of the most positive car buying experiences we have been involved in. From test drive to final transaction, everything went very smoothly and in a timely manner. Extra kudos to the dealership for being dog friendly. Rigley enjoyed meeting several “dog people” over the course of our time there. Tyler has also been very responsive to a couple of questions I had post sale, which is very much appreciated.”

They are affordable, get the job done in a respectful time frame, flexible and everyone's smiling when I come in and polite. They explained things and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming here for any future issues, GREAT place, will and would definitely recommend!!!”
