“My Buick Encore overheated about 2 miles from the shop. I am from out of town, and I had to do a quick search, hoping to find a good automotive repair shop near where I had broken down! My search brought up Morris Ave Garage. I ended up nursing the car along until I reached the parking lot. It was a Sunday, so they were closed, and I had no way to let them know why I was leaving my car on their property! I left a note and called and left a voicemail as well. The next morning, I called and talked to the team at Morris Ave Garage, and they were super helpful! They had a full load for the week, but were willing to try and get me in as soon as they were able! They ended up having a cancelation and getting me in right away on Monday. I had a coolant leak and needed a new water pump and thermostat. They fixed it that day, and I came the next day to pick it up. They were SO helpful, and KIND! They were great to work with, had good pricing, and did excellent work! I am so thankful for the team at Morris Ave Garage!”
“Stopped in after calling and speaking to Tom.Tom helped me with a problem on the spot - went above & beyond in fixing it and then helped educate me to fix the problem further myself (which he could've easily convinced me needed to be a service call - but instead gave me info to try it myself or return if I needed help). “I couldn't be more pleased with Bloomington Collision Repair. An arrow hit my car (weird but true), and Suzie was so helpful, friendly, and understanding when I told her the bizarre story. She was able to work around my schedule in order to have my car inspected, and I drove away with an estimate in hand. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my car repaired only because I had to make arrangements to secure transportation to work. They accommodated my schedule to get my car in, and it only took a few days for it to be fixed. Brett did an amazing job making it look like an arrow never pierced my car, which is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Bloomington Collision Repair!”

“My vehicle was over heating I got a diagnostic done at Auto Zone. I call Ed around for a quote without any results unless imI bring my vehicle in for further inspection ( more money) When I got ahold of 309 Auto, I was given my quote. I was geeked it was way cheaper than I thought. I’m not from here and wanna go home. It was 4 pm I asked l could they get it in ti the next day. He said if you can get it here by 5 I can do it today. I googled directions. The shoo was 5 mins from me. I got there and as they fixed what I thought was the problem my coolant line was spit. Another $120 I was short on cash and he worked with me and got me back on the road now I can head home in the morning. Definitely good hard working and fair man. “Had my first accident last month. Chose Caliber because it was one of the places my insurance (State Farm) has a partnership with. I am very happy I went with Caliber. I only ever talked with one employee (Mike), and I have to say he provided exactly what I hope for in terms of customer service. Timely calls about how my car was progressing, friendly attitude, and just a general overall vibe of clearly giving a damn. I don't know enough about cars to say whether the cost was unreasonable, but it seemed fair to me. State Farm covered everything minus a relatively small deductible. And I don't think State Farm would suggest Caliber if they were price gougers. So yeah, extremely pleased. If you're shopping around for a place to do auto body work, I'd say look no further.”
