On an extremely busy Saturday before Christmas, the staff at this AutoZone was absolutely doing everything they could to help their customers. Four people (myself included) came in over a very short timespan needing assistance with our vehicles and they were professional, courteous, and working extremely hard.
Diamond installed my battery (when other places in town refused to do so, due to its location) on a bitterly cold night, made sure it was done right, and genuinely said she "just liked helping people." This experience saved my day and made a lasting impression. I will be returning to the AutoZone on Clearwater again as a customer and recommend them to anyone needing parts and assistance.

How does a place of business lose an order? As a small business owner myself I was astonished by the fact no explanation was offered. Just a "communication" error. No apology, no empathy...just reorder it and it will be here tomorrow. Who wants to work on a major holiday? What one really needs is for a business to follow through on delivery...they are quick enough to your money.

I had the most wonderful experience with Cal at Auto Zone. He spent over an hour with me in an attempt to encourage my car to start. He suggested that it was my brake sensor. Low and behold he was spot on. There was a recall on my car for a faulty brake sensor that prohibited from starting. A year ago I took my car to the Subaru dealership as I was having the same issue. It happened to start for them that day. They told me that everything was fine. NOT as it happened again this summer.
Thank you Cal for your patience, kindness, knowledge, and making sure I was able to get home.

Would give a zero if I could. Went in to get a free diagnostic testing I walked in there and spoke with Cal Who immediately rushed me out and said they "only check the check engine light" even though there's a big sticker on the window that says they do free testing not to mention I've had it done before. I went right next door to advanced and they got it done within 5 minutes 👎🏽

Had a problem with the a/c 2 hours into a 16 hour road trip. Stopped at AutoZone desperately seeking a solution. Cal Griffen troubleshot the issue and recommended a product to resolve it. My family and I were back on the road with cool air within an hour. Outstanding experience. Thank you again, Cal!

ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! On my way home my car started having problems. I called around 6pm and they told me they were open bc is a 24/7 shop. They hang out only bc I decided to go directly to the shop instead of paying 70$ for an express service. I got there around 7pm for them to laugh on my face saying they closed at 5:30pm. The guy just left me there not knowing how far I was from home or giving me other options or recommendations. Other reviews say they are rude with women, might be so true.

The staff was super nice, and the guy that put the headlight in my car was super chill and did it in five minutes when O’Reilly down the street was trying to charge me three times the amount and not install it for me. 5/5 service

My friend and I were traveling back from Kentucky to Iowa when our vehicle charging system warning light came on. We went to the Autozone in Bloomington, Illinois where the Store Manager tested the system with the battery testing bad. He removed and replaced the battery and treated us like a professional gentleman. I am very impressed with him, and Autozone for employing top notch staff like him. Thank you!
