Terrible place, they tell you they will get you in and the wait will be an hour then you end up sitting there for two hours and don't even get your car done! They don't even offer solutions to the problems they create, if you want reliable tire service don't come here!!!

I came in because all 4 tire sensors were good but I had 3 other shops that could not get my light off and message flashing on my dashboard for almost a year, but now I'm trying to sell my car, I brought it to Belle tire because I was referred by CAR X, I came over an a young guy named Taylor spent some time on it, and was able to get the light off finally after others couldn't, I was so excited and Still he didn't charge me a dime to do it, I was Very Impressed.
So Thanks Again, Taylor!
Merry Christmas š

I came in right before a giant snow storm with my spare tire on and the other front tire completely flat. I came in and right away was greeted by Joe - who turned out to be extremely helpful. He showed me different options and helped me find the right tires for my budget but still keep me safe. They made me feel like my safety was their top priority which means a lot to me. I was back on the road within an hour! I was told it was cost me over 1400 dollars at other places - never going anywhere but Belle again!

NOW THIS ONE IS A MUST READ!! EPIC NIGHTMARE FROM HELL! ZERO STARS! THIS STORY IS 100% TRUTHFUL AND FACTUAL WITH VIDEO AND PICTURES TO BACK IT UP!! Never write reviews...Belle Bloomington deserves one. Now I'm bringing in my own brand new tires purchased elsewhere because they are kind of hard to find. 285 40 20 Pirelli P Zero A/S rear and 255 45 20 P Zero front tires. I told them on the phone while making the appointment this was a factory staggered setup (larger rear/smaller front) as they asked me the tire sizes on the phone. Simple job, remove the original Good Years, mount 285s on the rear larger rims, 255s on the smaller front rims. Simple right? 11 AM appointment...car goes in at 2:30. I know because I'm a waiter, sitting in front of the service desk the whole time. Have to say, when you spend that much time listening to the workings of this staff, let's just say it wasn't giving me a whole lot of confidence. 3:45...car is behind the glass right in front of me...still with the wheels off. I go to the front desk, 8 feet away from my extremely hard perch for the last 4 hours and 45 minutes. I say, seriously, what the f... I was given ZERO acknowledgement the whole day sitting in clear view of them, not a word was said about the delay. They had been telling walk in's all day it would be a two hour wait, so at almost 5 hours for someone that had an appointment... that's just not right. Told them about my displeasure...after some discussion with the manager, the service advisor said there would be no charge. Believe me, I gladly would have paid the $140 bill to have gotten the hell out of there two hours earlier. 4:05...my suv was pulled around and I was handed the keys. Something looked strange out the window though. I'll be DAMED if on the drivers side they squished the small 255 front tire on the large 10.5 inch rear rim and stretched the big 285 on the little 9.0 front rim. So picture this... small rim/large tire mounted on the rear... WAY inside the wheel well, large tire/small rim sticking out of the front fender about an inch. Passenger side, correct mounting, large tire/large wheel, small tire/small wheel...BUT again, large one was put on front and small on rear. SAY WHAT???? Also 4 decent scrape marks through the clear coat of my pristine wheels. How do I know they did it? Car has factory performance brakes, makes crazy brake dust, I take care of my cars, I clean them twice a week...by hand. I know every mark in them...which was zero except for a small scratch in one of the fronts. I fetch the manager as a meltdown was near... said how does something like this happen?!? He said he would bring it back in and no worrys...they stretch tires on big/small rims all the time. I'm telling you, those tires did NOT look happy the way they had them. As for the rim marks, he said his tire machine doesn't touch at those spots. As working for the local car dealerships for 25 years, and having a couple tires replaced in my day, he was not being truthful. THANKFULLY, I took video of each rim before I arrived. Even after showing the video of my rims with no marks (except for the one scratch) he insisted on saying they didn't do it and they have cameras in the shop that would prove it. You have cameras that zoom in on wheels being mounted? I have 4K zoomable video proving him wrong. He said he'd tell corporate and they would decide if they were liable. I go to walk inside as he is now talking robotic corporate lines they must use when they know they fu.... up and they try to put it on the customer. He said " why are you walking away from me, I've been nothing but curious" Now, this is the first time I raised my voice...I said you're not saying anything I want to hear (as I was realizing I was going to get screwed in all of this) I said twice...you guys did this...not me! 5:10...car is done. They toss me the keys and say have a good evening?!? Everything is on correct, big/big on rear, small/small on front. CONCLUSION... 1... my brand new $505 (yes, and t

Made an appointment online for a 10 AM tire rotation and balance. Checked in with one of the store employees at 9:55AM. Two and a half hours later, they get the car on the lift. After an hour, they complete the tire rotation and balance. Most tire shops in town will have you in and out in an hour for a tire rotation, especially if you have an appointment. If they donāt respect their customers time, there are plenty of shops in town that will.

Everything was great at this store. The people were friendly and the store was clean and the price was good. The only issue was that I was scheduled at 10:30 and I walked out at 12:45 pm. I was there for 4 tires to be replaced. Glad I didn`t work until 3:30. I figured since the original online order didn`t go through right, they just moved me to the next day(which I appreciate) which backed everyone appointment up. I`ll be going back there for future services. I`m sure it was a one off.

About 6 months ago I had two tires put on here. We were extremely dissatisfied at the time because of bad customer service and lack of good options as far as tires. Recently we had a flat (one of the tires we had gotten from belle) so we took it to discount tire (where we normally go) and they informed us that belle had put an entirely incorrect size of tire on and they were rubbing the wheel well so badly that it wore a hole in the tire. Also damaged my wheel well. Belle tire didnāt have my correct tire, but they were so worried about getting my money and taking that sale, that they put me and my kids in danger by forcing a wrong fitting tire. Extremely dissatisfied, couldnāt be more irritated that we tried this place out instead of sticking to our tried and true. The guys at Discount Tire in Normal will fix you up and have honesty and integrity, they even tell me when my best option is the cheapest option. NEVER GOING BACK.

Walked in because there were 8+ appointments open online and the lady said no we canāt take you. She said a tire tech was an hour late and a manager is going to have to go out there. She said I can guarantee you will be sitting here for 4+ hours for a tire rotation. If you still will take appointments online, you should honor service. This was terrible customer service and would not recommend the disrespect to anyone.

Worst place ever!!! Do not go here for any service. I went in to get my four tires changed. They charged me for the 4 tires and an alignment that I did not ask to get. When I drove my car home the steering wheel was so far off leaning to the left. They charged me $200 for that alignment and messed it up. I had to go back the next day and they said that it wasnāt supposed to happen and that they didnāt āmeanā to do that alignment. The guy basically told me they did that alignment without letting me know in the beginning. They said they could either refund me my money back or I had to get my front forward lower control arms fixed because when they did the alignment they seen that there was that issue needed to be fixed and didnāt tell me but still did the alignment anyways (crazy). So apart from the alignment I didnāt ask for, iāll also need to get that other issue fixed asap. Do not go to belle tires unless you want issues like this! -thats my steering wheel leaned far to the left

I feel bad leaving this review but enough is enough. Iāve been with Belle Tire since its launch here and up until recently have been very happy with the people and service. Prince, Jaylon and Sarah have been great to deal with. Top notch people. Then there are results. I canāt tell you how many times Iāve had to reschedule because of a plethora of reasons. I canāt dump on the business for hiring people who donāt want to work. But I can take my business somewhere else where I can get a tire rotation on schedule.

The team was so helpful and went above and beyond to remedy an issue - Prince, the first asst manager, is skilled in customer service! He managed to change me from a frustrated customer into a loyal one in the course of one visit. Fast oil change, and although I have to come back to get my tires rotated, Iāll be back with a smile!

I was so shocked and disappointed at the way I was treated at Bella Tire. The man that waited on me was very condescending and rude. I asked to have my tire checked that was purchased there because it had continuously been losing air over the past month even after filling it 3 separate times. The store was not busy at the time. When I was given my key back, I was told it was fixed with no other explanation. I asked but was told only it was fixed. I called the next day to ask what was the issue with the tire and what was the fix. I thought maybe if I spoke to a different person, I would be able to find out. To me it is very relevant to know. I was told by the person on the phone (could have been the same person from the night before) that they don't keep records of the problems. I've never heard of an auto place not keeping service records on a vehicle they service. He stated they don't tell people what the problem is or how it was fixed normally. He stated he could go through the tickets from the day before to see if any notes were written down but it would take hours and there may not be anything on them anyways. Basically, there was no way he was going to look anything up. I am so disappointed. Had my tires not been purchased there, I would never return for any type of servicing and I would never recommend them. Having gone to Discount Tire in the past, they are on the complete opposite end of the spectrum in every way and would definitely recommend them instead.
