If you bring in your computer in to a Best Buy for repairs be prepared to speak to rude CSR's located in the country of Columbia not the USA or the store you have your computer located in. This CSR actually said he could not help me was not going to waste his time talking to me and promptly hung up!

They don't have enough staff, but when you finally can get some help, the staff is great

It's BB. It was clean, nice people, tons of open box and clearance items. 🤷

This is a well laid out store, they were short staffed and yet were really trying to keep everyone satisfied.

The service was honest and helpful. It was a little difficult to sift through all the different products, but eventually I found what I was looking for.

Selection is somewhat limited these days probably since so many people just get their electronics online.

I’m sitting in the parking lot of the store right now. I stood in line for over a half an hour was told to make an appointment because he is the only one on shift. Okay I understand that. I stood in line to make an appointment with geek squad and was passed twice to help people that had arrived and been in line after me. Poor performance. I’m coming back for the same issue that was supposedly resolved last time. Poor performance.

Purchased a car radio and back up camera from Springfield store. It said free installation. Springfield was missing a required part and doesn't have installers at this time. I was told I could get the part and the installation done at the Bloomington store.
I called the Bloomington store and go an automated system that eventually sent me to a call center. The call center said I needed to call a 1-888-219-6499. I called the number which instantly gave me a recording saying Best Buy no longer uses this number and to call 1-888-Best-Buy. I called it, which then sent me a link via text message to set up installation. Filled out the info and it says installation will be over $600 !!! And there is no one to talk to without driving an hour. This has been very difficult and frustrating to say the least.

Best Buy-er BEWARE! Between their service and sales, they'll be going out of business soon. We are/were Best Buy Premium members ($179/year). Not anymore. After drawing up our contract, they informed us that there is no longer free install or free delivery. That added $400 to our bill. I would have gone to Menards and gotten the 11% rebate had I known. When they arrived for the install they informed us that we had to pay another $60 to haul away our appliances. They "nickled and dimed" us to the tune of over $500. The oven sticks out from the wall over 2 inches. When I called the 898-BEST BUY # (in India?) to get it fixed, they informed me that it was MY fault....that I should have also measured the BACK of the oven before buying it. (THAT would have been nice to know.) Now I have to pay an electrician $200 so the oven will fit. They offered no help, no gift card, no money back, etc. to resolve this situation. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN! Poor sales, poor service, poor follow up.

I've been to this Best Buy dozens of times, and in the last 10 years it reminds me why I generally don't shop here. Generally speaking, the staff aren't very helpful. In a situation where I tried to pick up an online order. I was in the closes spot, spot #1. The store texted me to pull up to the curb and said they'd be out as soon as possible and to show my number to the employee. In spite of sitting there for a long time in view of the person at the front desk, I had to eventually walk in, point at the item that was supposed to be delivered to me, and then they took the item from the front desk back to the in-store pickup guy. Yeah, eventually I got it, but what a waste of time. No apology. No nothing. I'm half-writing this to remind myself not to shop here anymore.

They will waste ur time and money. Have 20 people standing on floor but not helping people at geek squad. They will do nothing with proven errors on computer i purchased from them. Actual technician saw the proof and they did nothing for me. They won't help nobody but themselves. Don't trust warranty. They don't care. One respectable worker.

I stopped in today to look at computers and monitors for 2 of my kids and we looked around for 20 minutes and not 1 person asked us if we needed help. There was a group of 4 associates standing in the computer area talking and not trying to help anyone. On our way out we passed the same group chatting and no interaction from the associates still. Only greeting we got was the security guard at the entrance. I tried calling to talk with a manager but that’s impossible because no one ever picked up the phone and it eventually just disconnected. Probably won’t be going back there anytime soon.
