Don't waste your money. They are useless. I've been in multiple times with different devices and they have not been able to help me with any of them. I tried to get them to come out to my house and the first time I requested this while I was in the Bloomington/Normal store I got someone from the Chicago area call me and said he wasn't sure why they routed me to him but he could only give me advice over the phone. The second time I tried to schedule this, a man from Missouri called to set up an appointment. I have yet to get someone to my house. They have been a complete waste of my time and money.

Bought a washing machine last week. Sales team was entirely useless, all they did was confuse us more. A kid( didn’t catch his name but his hair looked like an unfortunate bunch of broccoli) came over to “help” our salesman, but all he did was ask us over and over and over and over and over if we wanted to sign up for the Best Buy membership. After saying no the first 3 or 4 times, he kept asking again and again, making him seem super desperate. He only stopped bugging us about the membership AFTER I said we would just not buy the product. Would never buy from here again. Terrible experience. The delivery team was more than pleasant however. I cannot wait to purchase our matching drier straight from your competitor.

I realize that this is a national chain, but the store in Bloomington IL is just outstanding among Best Buy stores. The times I have shopped at this Best Buy, I have always been greeted and intensively helped by the staff. That goes from 1997-2023.I could have and should have stopped to praise the teams and management at this store through a very large span of years, but I guess this is better late than never.My most recent purchase and exchange went incredibly smoothly. The staffer even told me that if things didn't work out, to come back for a refund or exchange and spent a lot of time helping me figure out what I needed in order to have the ideal mesh routers in my home.

Generally great, but man their Christmas music selection is bad to the point of being annoying. Bad covers, weird off brand christian rock, and it is turned way up.

Adventures in electronics were a positive experience working with Spencer. It's a bummer they got rid of their old Total Tech membership with the free installation this year. We were in it for the long haul with that benefit alone! It was amazing. We still had the plan for a few days and it was a bit of a juggling fest to coordinate what we wanted on the Black Friday deal and some changes over several days. He was committed though and helped us through smoothly and with humor and kept us laughing. We also worked with Sean to consult and get the right equipment. Just a great team. Half the battle is finding the right people and it's a good experience in this store.

I went to BB yesterday bc my phone totally died. I had to wait a little while for a salesperson to wait on me bc they were with other customers, but once the salesperson was available she was very helpful. Migz was able to tell me about various phone models, answer all my questions, and had a wonderful, positive attitude. I was relieved that she was able to transfer my contacts and calendar as well as my photos to my new phone.

Bought a few things from here and had good service. Dropped a couple stars due to a return I had to make. I was given a hard time to return the item, but eventually we got to the resolution I was asking for.
