Bryan and his team are all very professional and did an incredible job on the repairs. In addition to the repairs, the did a thorough cleaning inside and out! It's 10 years old and looks like a brand new car! Thanks!

Can't say enough good things about Bryan and his team. From the second we showed up unannounced with our vehicle to the time we were leaving with our repaired vehicle, the communication and professionalism were unmatched. I would strongly recommend Bob Zook Autobody for repairs post accident.

I spoke with a Debbie and she was not a pleasant person to work with. I will not be recommending this business to anyone I know. I get people may have bad days but to be as rude as she was to me makes no sense at all. She spoke down to me as if I were a child just because I'm young. I would recommend putting her through some type of training as to not bring in more bad reviews. Customer service is the glue for a business and it makes or breaks were I spend my time and money every time, as well as many other people. Not everyone will be as nice to her as I was after being spoken to like that.

I got into a fender bender in my family's brand new minivan a couple months after we got it (February 2020). It wasn't a huge accident, but the entire back of the car needed to be replaced. Bob Zook was so quick to get us in and get us our car back (we needed all the space we could get for our car seats.) The service, communication and experience was a 10/10.Fast forward about two years later, and we noticed the "Odyssey" emblem was missing from the hatch. I just assumed they forgot to put it back on when they fixed the back of the van. I really didn't pay much attention to it, but I asked about replacing it at the dealership and it was going to cost a ridiculous amount of money for a silver emblem. I called Bob Zook, explained that they serviced my vehicle a couple years prior, and without hesitation, he ordered the part and asked me to come in any time to get it replaced. I thanked him up and down, and in turn, he thanked ME for bringing it to their attention. He said if they forgot to put it back on, it was their responsibility to replace it. The entire process took 15 minutes out of my day.I am blown away by the customer service provided. They could have easily written us off, but instead went above and beyond to get something small fixed for us. The owner himself took my car to the back and drove it out front when it was finished. I'm very impressed and they've earned a customer for life.

Had damage to my Toyota RAV4 when a car/truck pulled in/out next to me and did not leave info. Large deep scratch/dent and damage to fender, gas tank opener lid and fender wheel opening protector. Special paint. Took it here and wow was I amazed at the result. It looks like new again. Debbie at the front desk was super nice. Bryan was incredible. He took photos and completely managed EVERYTHING with my insurance company. Fantastic!Services: Body & Trim

I can’t speak to their work, but customer service was top notch! I contacted them online about a brake issue with my vehicle and they responded within 30 minutes. Came in with my car shortly after and they confirmed the issue while I waited (5 min or less). They charged me nothingThey explained I would need to take it to a dealership who was authorized to repair it. If I had it repaired at their shop, I would pay and have to fight Chrysler to get it reimbursed. When I couldn’t get an appointment in town, they gave me some names of authorized shops nearby.I sincerely appreciate Bob Zook’s looking at my car, providing advice to keep my family safe, and steering me to a place who could fix my car under warranty.

It was a while back that I had work done on my car at Bob Zook's but I have nothing but positive things to say. To take it back to what all was done. My couple month old GTI had a run in with a deer that did some pretty significant damage to the passenger side. I was pretty upset and worried about finding a body shop that could match the cornflower blue color. My brother recommended me to Bob Zook's because, he had work done on his mustang that turned out flawlessly. Armed with that knowledge, I took my gti up there where I met Bryan. To say he has an eye for detail would be an understatement. He went over my car and even found things my insurance missed. Throughout the whole process Bryan and his team were great at keeping my updated with a timeline for parts and where they were with my car. This happened during covid times, so getting parts was a struggle. The final product of all their work is simply stunning. I can't tell that it was ever even in an accident. I can't thank them enough. So, if you need work done on your car, I highly recommend these guys!

I went to Bob Zook after hitting a deer and the whole staff treated me like family. Not only did Bryan contact me personally to make sure I get on their schedule but he walked me through everything, every step of the way. I only expected them to fix the damaged but as an added bonus they even detailed my car! Highly recommend!!

Bryan, Debbie and the whole staff were nothing short of great to work with! From the time I contacted them for an estimate to the completion of my vehicle I was kept in the loop! Bryan was very upfront about the time it would take to get the necessary parts in due to the delays we are currently experiencing. I was able to remain in my car until all parts were in and they completed the job at one time. The team was able to get me back on the road quicker than originally estimated, too! Overall, I had the best experience with BZAB and will use them for any future needs!

Bryan was amazing to work with and their team did a phenomenal job fixing our car!Bryan helped guide us through the process of dealing with the very difficult insurance company of the driver that damaged our car.He was so helpful and worked closely with us to make sure that the car was properly fixed and that their insurance company covered everything.
