Heavier worker with a kind of odor doesn't really seem to want to do any sort of work. Just tells customer to call support there's nothing he can do, had to go to the other boost store where they were much more helpful and resolved my issue, my experience here definitely made me consider switching providers

I went in to pay my son's bill and the employee Colton, I found out his name, he truly deserves recognition for his positive attitude and answering questions. He had me set up with the new Celero 5g+ and had his boss on the phone and I was told I could get a free cover for the glass if I would allow my picture taken. Well I had to come back and the other employee was there with the glasses, he stated "I'm not doing that". I told him the other employee was on the phone with the OWNER while I was there and to call him if he didn't believe me but he wouldn't do it. He has never tried to sell anything or be helpful. I'll wait until Wednesday when the other employee is back, and I will get his name because he is amazing!! Hopefully I will get what was promised to me to begin with! If not for the attitude of the 2nd employee, I would absolutely give 5 stars!

The 4 stars is for the store only. Boost sucks. The store, which resembles a 17 year old boys bedroom in 1993, sucks in product choices. There's comfy chairs to sit on and a coffee table to sit the pop on you bought from the pop machine. There was a pretty cool friend to make sitting in there but I was there to buy a phone, not make friends.

I was a Boost Mobile costumer for awhile then i switched to Xfinity Mobile for 3 months and i wasn’t satisfied with their service it was way to slow so i switched back to Boost!

Man I came into the shop thinking I was going to pay an arm an a leg and my soul but they offered me the greatest discount in discount history! I advise everyone to come here and take advantage of these promotions and most of the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
