I'm curious if it's standard practice for your hired employees to answer to any problem they don't know in the following manner or if you decided my elderly family member was interfering with you hiding in the back of the store.1.) Degrade the customer for having an older cellphone2.) Charge them $30 to do a factory reset and tell them to leave for 30 minutes while you do itLet me be very clear, if you're paying for a service through Boost neither of these two things should happen. Do not visit this store!

Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I was in and out within 15 minutes, with a working phone in hand! Very reasonable prices also! Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else! PEACEJust read some other reviews.....I think I've stepped into the twilight zone.....DJ is NOT rude. he was so helpful and kind, I don't understand how anyone could think anything negative about him!

Switched from 60 to 50 dollar plan because I don't use the hotspot scam . Now my speed is cut off at 7:00 every night. Boost is a joke anymore. Boost one app sucks. Soon more stores will be closing. Bye ?? boost.
