I would give them a five star review if it weren’t for the malfunctioning automatic windshield wipers. I had to drive 120 miles in a snowstorm while manually operating the wipers. NOT a pleasurable experience. A car with only 13k miles shouldn’t have issues like this. Remind me to never purchase anything Mitsubishi?

Only gave it a 1 because 0 wasn’t a choice. After checking the car in and returning it to its slot.. I was later charged over $200.00 for the car not being clean. It was literally spotless. Luckily I had 3 people who saw the car when I turned it in. Have always used Hertz and will continue to do so in the future..

Booked a rental for 30seconds. Didn’t realize that they charged .22 per mile and I immediately canceled the reservation. I called budget and explained what happened they didn’t care they still charged me $50.00 early cancellation fee. ****Go to enterprise!!!!** Easy booking online, no payment till you get there, no cancellation fees, unlimited miles on the vehicles, same price as rip off budget. Will never go to budget again and I rent cars a lot from this airport. They definitely lost me forever!!

Rental prices shown of the vehicles are not what was advertised. Too many hidden charges. Unlimited mileage doesn’t mean you aren’t charged for them. You return the cars after hours and do what the phone rep tells you to do and then they harassed me about not returning it until the local guy calls and I told him it was in his parking lot. Stands to reason they would go look in the return spaces before they start harassing you. Looking for a different rental place in the future. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Check in and check out went smoothly. Staff was nice. Rental vehicle was newer model and well maintained. Had it for the week with no problems. No problems here.

They need to get their act straight and have cars , clean and ready when you reserve them. Champaign and Decatur offices have both rented out cars they didn't have and then sent us 45 minutes away to get cars. It wasn't bloomington but it was Champaign and Decatur that have people not willing to do their job including the owner. She would much rather blame the customer for making an online reservation.

Worked with Budget rental in Bloomington for over a year renting company rentals. We averaged 25+ rentals per month. The owner of this location, Moe, was extremely helpful and attentive!!! Worked with me in mami g sure rollover contracts were completed and was always quick to assist with any car issues that arose. Will continue to do business with this location for many years!!

I landed from my flight late last night, had a reservation with enterprise but they were closed. I saw that Avis was still open and they understood my situation and hooked me up! Literal life savers! Thank you guys so much!

Disappointed in this rental but… You get what you pay for.The car had a spare (donut) tire installed on it, which probably wasn’t the safest option for me to have accepted. Also the car stunk of smoke and had a dirty interior.On a positive, the check in was quick and checkout even quicker.

Zero stars!Truly horrible! I rent a car from company. A day prior to drop off day I called them and asked to change the drop off location. The customer service told me he changed the location and there will be minor fee for that. After I dropped off the car, they charged EXTRA $421 for change of location! OMG! Unbelievable! The agent told me to call their customer service and they can help me with that issue. I called and talked to an agent and again waited more than an hour to talk to a manager, after all, the manager said, that’s it! $421 EXTRA is for change of location. It’s totally UNFAIR! Their customer service should have explained it to me in advance and gave me heads up; Before putting me in that situation and charging me this much.Also, originally I booked the car online, but when I picked up the car they charged extra $10 per day without notifying me. I realized that after I dropped of the car.Be careful! Not a trustworthy business! So many hidden fees and horrible customer service!

Wow I don’t know where to start!First off- DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET!I had a confirmed time to pick up my car at 330pm, when I get there they had no cars! I had to wait until 9pm that night to get a car I reserved. The employees just let the phone ring off the hook and never answer. After I finally got my car it was filthy, bottles, mud, hair, nasty. When I was returning the car they charged me an extra $60 for fuel when I have prof I put gas in and have a receipt. Very shady business practices! I will never rent from them again, and will let everyone I know not to either.

Zero stars. See attached photos. And the worst problem I could not take a photo of as it was the passenger seatbelt which would not stop retracting even while hooked over a person. It constantly tightened until the person was literally tied to the seat and unable to breathe.
