“We had difficulty matching some old bricks, but Illini Brick saved the day and found a near-perfect match. They were accommodating, and we only needed a few bricks. Many stores will make you place a minimum order requirement, and they did not. They let us purchase the eleven bricks needed for our project.”

“We were really impressed with the customer service we received from Eric in the appliance area. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect appliances that would be delivered in the timeframe we needed for our new house. He also made sure that we qualified for as many discounts as possible to make our overall bill as small as possible! He was super personable and friendly-I will send everyone I know to see him if they need new appliances! Although he has worked at Lowes for 15 months, he told us he worked at Sears in the appliance section for 30+ years before they shut down so he has a wealth of knowledge and experience! We had been to several other appliance stores buy found the best service and prices at Lowes!”
