I’ve had Busey since I was 15, and even moving away to FL I still kept them because of their kindness and level of service they offer. Anytime I’ve had issues with my account, my debit card, anything, they are on top of it and so helpful. Highly recommend if you need a bank you can trust!

This is a really bad bank most of the time the ATM doesn't work. An you can't deposit money at the ATM most of the time. If you bank here don't change bank I am.

We decided to refinance our mortgage and combine it with our line of credit. All the staff were very helpful. We took advantage of the account discounts and opened a checking account to manage our bill paying. When we needed help they were their for account help with paperwork and mortgage information assistance. Today I had fantastic help on the phone setting up and navigating my new online banking accounts! Thank you all.

The service level is usually better at LOCAL banks. Busey goes above and beyond even THAT expectation. The staff is always friendly, and will really go the extra mile. The difference can definitely be felt, and it's very obvious that they consider their customers to be family.
