My car looks so nice! From not being able to open my car door more than an inch or the hood without it prying my side panel off it’s like it never happened. I do wish they had called me to tell me that it was going to be ready a couple days after they promised but I’d rather them be more thorough than just slap some glue on it and call it a day. Highly recommend!

The job done on fixing my side door/side mirror was great! My car looked like it did when I bought from the dealer. Reason I couldn’t give a 5 star is because of the timeframe. Originally I was told would be a week. Week came, oh it’s another week! Then that week comes, oh it’s another week because of this or that! Word of advice, when originally giving a customer a timeframe, give the LONGEST time it COULD be! That way a customer has the option of going elsewhere for quicker service or they will have in their mind already that they will be without a car for x amount of days.! That way if it’s finished before the originally timeframe, you’ll have happy customers!

Told me it would take two weeks. It is now past the allotted time frame. First excuse was a technician called out sick and they were unable to complete. Waited through the weekend. Was told it would be complete on monday. Called on monday around lunch time and reassured that it would be completed only to call at 5pm and be told it was not complete. We'll see if they live up to their next promise.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision on south veterans for any repairs you need. We chose them because they were a select service company through our auto insurance, which was handling our claim. We could not be more pleased with the entire process. They took what was a very stressful situation and made it a worry-free experience. Everyone we dealt with at Caliber (Christie, Adam, and Caleb) were pleasant and reassuring - they made the process simple and easy for us and were always available to answer any questions we had. The quality of the work was superb; I’m not sure it looked this clean when it rolled off the factory floor last year. Looking over the estimate, they were thorough in their assessment and repairs, but there was nothing that made me raise my eyebrow or question the necessity of any of the disassembly/reassembly/replacements. Highly competent, highly trustworthy, very timely service and communication - no regrets. Thanks so much, Caliber team, for turning a negative situation into such a positive experience! I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but I know who I’ll recommend to anyone who does.

Our first experience with Caliber and we were very pleased with the results! Not only was our repair completed and car returned earlier than expected, it was beautifully washed and vacuumed! We would definitely recommend them for auto repair!

New vehicle got rear ended the driver drove off, but got the plates, brought the car in for an inspection on repairs very informative very helpful. got the parts ordered was informed every step of the way very friendly staff work was impeccable high-quality, Highly recommend!
