I like the clothes for my child at this store. The customer service could be better.

BAD BAD BAD Customer service... Those ladies are literally behind you and try to keep watch on what you pick so they can arrange it back.. Plus she tries to make face and arrange it right while you are shopping on the same table.. that is so RUDE.. and when i told the lady why is she doing that she says that's their Job...how would they expect customers to organize the way they do.. Its not our job its theirs.. unless we are not trying to throw things.. I wish ZERO star was an option.. Never ever going to this store. I shopped for 125$ .. sorry but there a lot other stores we could give business to.

Nice selection of clothing for my younger children. The staff are always busy putting out new stock or waiting on customers and are always willing to help you find what you need.

Really bad customer service. No help finding sizes or stock outside of online inventory even though there are like six Carter's stores in a 90 mile radius. I don't have time to drive to all the stores to check so guess I will shop elsewhere. Another example of why retail doesn't exist here despite desperate need.

On our last shopping trip the store clerk would not allow my child (who is on the autism spectrum) to use the restroom in the store after she had an accident and was forced to ride home in soiled clothes because we had nowhere to change. My daughter was upset by the experience and said she no longer wants to go to that store because they are “meanâ€.

Absolutely poor customer service. The manager did not greet customers at the time of entrance, had an accusing tone the entire time following my sisters throughout the store, and yelled and was degrading when asked for corporates number and approached with concerns on customer service. The manager also had the audacity to give disgusting looks to my nieces and nephews who are 3-7 years old in age because they were touching the toys next to the register. Needless to say, they lost a LOT of business after we have all spent thousands of dollars there.

Called Carters looking for a thanksgiving outfit for my newborn nephew yesterday around noon.(11/14) The lady rushed me off the phone saying they had maybe one outfit but she wasn’t sure. I’m glad I decided to go in anyways because they had at least 3 thanksgiving outfits for newborns. Really wish she would’ve taken the time to check when I called.

I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now. This review is based on a single terrible impression that the store manager Nicole left. After all, a store is only as good as the person running it. I went to Carter's over the Summer in 2018. My reason for going to the store was for an interview. Prior to going in, I looked up the dress code, which was typical business casual. Imagine my surprise when Nicole walked out in a sleeveless dress and flip flops! Nicole was advised that I was there waiting and instead of introducing herself or acknowledging my existence, she came out from the back and proceeded to talk to the other employees for a while with her back turned to me. After a few awkward minutes, she turned around and only said, "Are you ready?" Never introduced herself or addressed me by name. We went to the back and it was a mostly typical interview aside from the fact that Nicole didn't even understand the questions she was asking me. She also paused mid-interview to ask an employee walking by what they were doing with an accusing undertone... But here's something that really got to me... She complained to me about people bringing their children into the store! She told me how annoying it was to have parents bring their whiny children in to shop... She said whenever they came in she just wished they'd leave... Like do you know where you work? She was just all-around an extremely unprofessional and rude person to talk to. What a cringe-worthy experience.
