Do not recommend. I used to use Cefcu for checking, savings, and loans. Everything is so difficult with them and they do not make it easy for their customers.

They sign you up for life and disability insurance without telling you after you get a car loan. They just take it out of your principal. You apparently have to opt out AFTER you realize they're secretly charging you.Go somewhere else. I wish I had.

I am only giving a 1 Star review because of one employee I have had multiple interactions with. The bald headed Lady is a very disrespectful and rude employee there. Over the last couple of months I have been going into the bank to get 2 roll of quarters for my laundry. The last couple of interactions I have had with the other associates, I have never been asked to give my Account Number just to get change. Today, I walked in and saw her and I knew right off the bat she was going to be rude and I was 100% right. She said she needed my Account Number to record the transaction... It's just change. I did not make a deposit or a withdrawal. I will continue to come here for my change, but I will not be interacting with her ever again.
