I've personally been trying to be more proactive to credit good customer service where its due by taking the time to write these reviews. I was surprised by the reviews I read. I first off would like to thank the gentlemen I worked with Adam. Adam was very kind and professional, you can't ask for more. This is why I've been with Chase Bank for so long. Excellent customer service.

A person with a similar name. Came into deposit a check last night and didn't know their bank account number and the teller didnt verifiy information correctly.
Causing it to enter my account.
Causing me to jump through loop holes to not get my account Frozen and Causing me to miss work.

Not only was I racially profiled by a woman working the desk, but she insisted on giving me services that I did not need. The clerk did her best to correct me at every turn. She was wrong and she did her best to play it off after giving me incorrect information. I rarely come to the physical bank and I’ll be sure to make sure I don’t come again. I’ll allow my WHITE husband to pull money from his joint account with his BLACK breadwinning wife. The audacity of this worker.

I really appreciated Latoya's help today with my business account, she was super friendly and has an incredible personality. She answered every question I had and really made me feel welcome at Chase. Definitely deserves a raise 👀

They do not answers phones ...at all! The 800 Customer Service rep said even they cannot get through and they won't answer their calls! What?!?!

This is a great Chase Bank location to visit. There are plenty of parking spaces. Plenty of Drive-thru lanes as well.
I needed to get many past statements. I was promptly greeted upon arriving. Even though it was busy, I was able to visit with a Teller right away.
It does seem they have plenty of staff to assist customers. Definitely would recommend visiting this branch location.

I visited sometime back. I booked appointment to discuss my questions. Manager was super Unhelpful and was irritated why I visited there. He gave me answers which i can find online and he was happy to turn me away. This location used to be good some years ago.

I was vacationing in Florida when a family matter arose. I needed to get a notarized document to the Bloomington Chase Bank. I called and spoke with William Witzemann in Bloomington who calmly explained exactly what I needed to do. His resolution was simple and efficient. I also want to thank Thomas Woodard in Sarasota, Florida who also was kind and helpful in resolving the matter.
I cannot thank these two kind gentlemen enough for their exemplary service. It was a stressful time and their kindness made a difficult situation much easier.

Does anyone work at this place?? Impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Was going to set up a few accounts with them, but because of the lack of customer service I see already they lost a new customer and I’ll go with capital one instead. Ridiculous

Wish there was a zero star option...I have called 10 times they refuse to answer the phone here. Imagine having problems with your bank account and not being able to reach anyone or get help ??? ??????

I’ve had a phone conversation with a gentleman who was extremely excellent and offered solutions to my issue. Today, I arrived 10 mins early to my scheduled appt, to inform them I’m with a kid and that I didn’t want to be uncomfortable or have anyone inside uncomfortable (did not mind waiting at all just needed to inform them). The first thing I said when I greeted the big lady with black and white shirt , was that her blouse was beautiful, she ignored me, snapped at me when I said I had an appt, told me I was early, which I knew. She told me that I would need to wait and that he would be with me right at 10am. I asked was she sure, the reason I asked which she interrupted was because my 3 year old son does not sit at all. She continued to respond the way in the way she must be feeling and I felt like a bother.I ended up leaving missed the appt and no one is answering the phone. Very upsetting.
