It is always closed random hours now. And you learn this by walking to go inside and there is note in sharpie just saying “ what time they closed and what time they reopen. I understand business run differently after COVID but there’s plenty of ways to handle not enough staff. I’ve gone thru that myself. But I usually pull in every lights on so I obviously think it’s open. Turn off the lights Orr post a bigger sign not in Sharpie.. I’ve never seen anything about hour changes on FB .. And you have a rewards program. At the very least I hope they receive and email or text with the updates. I don’t use rewards there.

I am only giving 4 stars because the 2 cashiers were extremely friendly BUT ...the manager (I am assuming he was a manager) was literally fussing at a white lady that worked there IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!!!!! That is very inappropriate!!!!!

This location is in a busy part of town, but is never open, especially during rush hours. Never consistent when it's open either. Don't waste your time

This location will steal from you!!!! I purchased a prepaid visa gift card last Thursday in the amount of $200.00. The next day I attempted to active the card, but was unsuccessful. I called the customer service number and I was told that the card was never authorized, and that I need to go back to where I purchased the card for a refund. I then grabbed the receipt, and looked at it. I then noticed at the bottom of the receipt that the transaction was declined, and that no funds had been allocated to the card. So I went back into Circle K with my receipt, and asked them if they could please active the card or give me a refund. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday to talk to a manager. They took down my name and number, and told me they will call me. I got the call this morning to come into the store, and to bring my receipt and the card. Once I arrived I presented the card and receipt to the stores manager. After looking at the receipt she noticed the "card number" on the receipt and the "card number" on the card did not match. I was then told that I will bot be getting a refund and wont be giving me my money back. How is that my fault????? Your system didn't work??? and because your system didn't work, you are going to steal my money??? This is theft, plan and simple. Did no one notice the drawer being off when they did their daily deposit??? I am Thinking that my money was pocketed, my guess is the cashier stole it. I find this just absolutely ridiculous. Has anyone experienced this same issue before?? Ill be filing a police report tonight!

If my first car and an automatic soap dispenser from a public restroom had a baby……it would STILL be more reliable than the business hours of ANY Circle K in Bloomington.

Came here to write about Ray's awful, argumentative attitude but I see that it's already been said twice before in previous reviews. I won't be giving any more of my business to this location.

The late night worker ray or whatever is a thief. Took my debt card.. which he was the only other person. I get a random 50 dollar charge at circle k andd my card is missing. I think that N stole it.

Will not return to this has station due to the strong trend of employees not wearing masks.Today, an employee who was apparently off the clock was walking around the whole store with no mask and complaining to herself for the whole store to hear that she might not have her paycheck yet.She not only cut in front of an older man who was about to step to the register but also took her sweet time and stepped behind the counter to continue chatting with and distracting the employee on the clock. The older customer offered to let me in front of him but I decided to just go ahead and go somewhere else that wears masks. The employee off the clock heard me say this and proceeded to walk around like an obnoxious rooster and criticize me while getting closer to me.Absolutely unacceptable behavior. It doesn't matter that she was off the clock, which she shouted as her excuse. If she's off the clock and wants to be obnoxious like that she should at least do it somewhere she isn't employed at and should at least not go behind the counter and distract people from working while not wearing a mask.If management sees this I don't know the girls name but she was a young - middle-aged Black woman if that helps you identify who to talk to about this.
