This place is a joke if you are trying to sell nice clothes. I took in a whole tote of nice, clean, in style, name brand clothes and they took 1 item and gave me $2.50 for it. Don't waste your time.

Authentication third party is a joke. Said Dior sandals purchased FROM DIOR IN ITALY IN 2022 weren’t real. Paid nearly $1k for them at the Dior in Capri, Italy. Don’t waste your time selling anything here.

This is the best Clothes Mentor that I’ve ever shopped at. I have a local clothes mentor here in Georgia but I’d rather order from here online. Management is great , shipping is fast and items are always in amazing condition and as described. Thank you all for wonderful customer service. You have made a long term customer!

Clothes Mentor is a wonderful "find!" They offer gently used quality clothing for very reasonable prices. Their return policy is clear and easily followed. Because pricing is so reasonable, it is hard to stay away! Very friendly shop assistants, also.

My experience with Clothes Mentor has been disappointing. On several occasions this summer, I have been changing my wardrobe after having my son. I was excited to find clothes that fit for a reasonable price. On this occasion, I brought items in to sell, the clerk, accepted the items not contained in the bag and told me that the items inside the bag were not what they were accepting right now. I brought in summer dresses, sandals, leather purses and jean jackets. When I got back into the car, I saw that the items had not been touched or reviewed. I feel that this location could benefit from diversity, equity and inclusion training because the service I have witnessed and experienced for people of color is sub par.
