“I decided to buy my wife a Christmas gift at Refine 309 after she suggested the shop to me. I decided to order online since I was unable to make it downtown to their shop. I placed my order, and decided at a later date to call and check on the status of my order. I spoke with Christina and she was wonderful. At first I think she thought I was upset that it was taking too long to receive my order, but I was not. I know that Christmas is a busy time of year for businesses. Anyway, Christina was super nice and offered to drop the package off after she got off work! I told her that was not necessary, but she said it was no problem. Customer service is such a big deal to me and this meant a lot. The package was dropped off and was beautiful wrapped. Thank you Christina and Refine 309 for such a positive experience!”
“I recently purchased a coat and when I went home I noticed that the security tag was not removed from the sleeve. I called the butique and I explained that I live in a different city and I was unable to remove the tag. The girl who I spoke with apologized and gave me a full refund without returning the coat”
“I live 45 minutes away and have a American Eagle in my town which I avoid because I never really get the help I need in the store. I have worn these jeans for years. I happened to be in Bloomington for my Jeep repair and stopped by the mall. I was able to walk right into this store and was greeted by 3 people who were eager to help me and literally looked at the jeans I was wearing and knew exactly which ones they were and took me to where others like them were on the shelf so I could try them on and purchase a smaller size. I highly recommend this store and the staff are amazing.”

“Frequent shopper here and always have a great experience. The clothes are well made and unique. I find it to be affordable, considering the great quality and handmade nature of the items. They offer more commercial options if you don’t want a print. The sizing is very inclusive and can fit a range of bodies, including plus size. The prints change, so you can walk in every time and see something new. They also offer simple staples, so you can build a whole outfit in one place. Mimi is a super friendly and attentive business owner. She makes every customer feel comfortable and cared for. I get compliments every time I wear something from Mimi’s boutique. Check out the wall of bags too, they are stylish and a perfect accessory to level up any outfit. I cannot praise this boutique enough. Will always come back.”
