I just left this store and was amazed to find the service desk closed at 3pm on a Monday afternoon!? I could totally understand if it were 3 am...This store obviously has no interest in providing service to it's customers....sad!

Went looking for futon that the normal store, they said was out of stock at their place. Came here to look for the same one and it also seemed like it was out of stock. But Ethan from the lawn and garden center and Bryce from electronics were dope as hell!!!They were determined to help us find it, Ethan even helped us lug it to the car. We love them. We demand they get a raise. Please appreciate them bc the normal Walmart people weren't as nice smh

I didn't catch his name but the guy working in the bakery today was absolutely AMAZING! i dropped the ball ordering my sons cake and he went above and beyond to help me with amazing cupcakes that matched my sons theme and he was so friendly the entire time! He saved the day for sure!

Great store since they quit carrying MyPillow products made by that national traitor Lindell who continues to hawk the "Big Lie". Please also remove the online option for this line of products.

This Wal-Mart is a very uncomfortable store to shop in. Today I stopped to find a coin battery and I could not find anyone to assist me to find the battery or if they even have them for sale. I left the store to return home and I would try to call the electronic department to ask if they have the battery I needed. After calling the number and a voice answered only to direct me to push 2 for electronic. The phone rang for 34 times before a customer service person answered and asked how she could direct my call. I told her that the electronic department did not answer the phone, she transferred my call back to electronics and she would also page that dept. The phone rang for a total of 57 times and nobody answered the phone after she transferred my call. This is not customer service but a way to dismiss a customer to shop at any other store in our area. Thanks Wal-Mart for a very poor customer service system that this store projects. This is why I just don't like going to this store and I only live 3 miles from the store. I will drive across town to shop at any other store to find what I need.

I ordered 4 tires online on 9/13. It's now 10/12. I've been in contact with walmart customer service 4 times with 4 different people. Tonight , #4, I was told again my refund was being processed, but I will have to wait up to 48 hours to receive an email to verify my cancellation/refund. After that it will take an additional 10 to actually get my money back. This is the 3rd time I've been told in the past 20 days that they are processing my refund. They "lost" my tires and won't return my money. The worst part is that I've called the automotive center where they 'allegedly' arrived. 5 times and not once has anybody answered the phone. Not once! How do you run a department in a store and never answer the phone? I wanted to buy tires at walmart in case I'm out of town and I have a tire go out, there's always a walmart around to get it fixed at. Not with this kind of customer service. I never thought I'd would ever consider suing walmart to get a refund for products they never delivered.

It's an ok place to go. But they take out 10 cents for every dollar you put in. You can just take your change to your bank and get it all back in cash.
