I have to admit, my experience with Creative Kitchens & Baths was bit odd but simultaneously very good. They have been operating on an appointment-only basis, which I hope ends soon. However, go ahead and play the game because you won't be disappointed.
I was nearly finished with my home remodel and was ready to tackle the kitchen. I knew I did not possess the ability to install counter tops myself so I opted to go to Creative Kitchens & Baths on the advice of my younger brother.
The process went very smoothly. I had numerous options within my price point to select and the end result was absolutely gorgeous. The guys who installed the counter tops encountered some problems due to my crooked house but they were able to get things squared away with only a bit of added difficulty.
The store is not cheap but they are within the pricing of other local establishments. Being a single woman I wondered if a Midwestern store would be willing to do business with me but I had no problems whatsoever. I never felt as though I was being treated any differently. Trust me when I say that in the Midwest this is somewhat unusual. I would highly recommend CK&B.

I had the good fortune and pleasure to work with Bill Drake on a huge project while building a new home. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our cabinetry was perfect. This included kitchens, baths, library, dining room, bookcases and closets. The result was outstanding and everything we had wanted. We have also worked with Mark Thoennes on prior projects and he was also outstanding. This company is professional and provides quality cabinetry. It seems there is nothing they can not do. I highly recommend them

I have remodeled, two kitchens and three bathrooms, and have got all my cabinets here. They are masters of their craft. Everything is on time, fits like a glove, and you can’t beat the quality.

We used Creative Kitchens and Baths earlier this year for a custom kitchenette for my Mom’s “in-laws space” in our home. Mark Thoennes and the whole crew were amazing. My Mom is very happy in her space and her cabinets and countertops are just beautiful. Thanks again to the whole crew at Creative.

Mark is awesome, he totally designed our kitchen and it looks beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the service, he came to my house 3 different times to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!! Couldn’t have done it without him!

I used Creative Kitchens & Bath for a bathroom vanity. I was blown away with the quality of the build. The final product is gorgeous and greatly exceeded my expectations.I worked with Ryan on the cabinet, counter, and sink selection. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of various options. The business is very organized with samples of all the options. Ryan guided me through all the various steps of the vanity build and it was a very smooth and professional process.Creative Kitchens & Baths is a quality company and I found their prices to be very competitive. I plan to use them again on future remodels.

I have installed cabinets from many different suppliers in the Bloomington/Normal area. Creative Kitchens has always provided top-notch cabinetry. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen or build new, talk to Ryan C., Bill, Mark, Ryan T, or Donny and they will get you taken care of!

Great Customer Service. Worked with Mark for bathroom cabinets and shower floor. Mark is extremely helpful and went out of his was to help me when I had a problem. Mark has made my experience with Creative Kitchen a positive one. I will use definitely use them again. If your on the market for a bathroom or kitchen remodel I would recommend checking them out.

I understand things are hard with COVID but we've had a poor experience. Never getting back to us. We reach out and then we get something but then we ask questions or ask for further info and they don't get back to us again. We've been going back and forth for over two months and haven't even started the actual project. We are moving on and giving our business to somewhere else.
