They were busy but everyone was working quickly.

This evening we waited in the pharmacy drive-thru for over 20 minutes. When we got to the pick up window, after they finished with the customer in front of us, we pull up to them closing the window with a sign saying the drive-thru was closed due to a staffing shortage. There were 3 more vehicles behind us. No way to treat your customers. Send someone out to tell people waiting and put up a sign so no one else gets in line. We then go in to the store and all 12 customers in the store were in the pharmacy line so we didn't wait and will have to come back later.

Their pick up lines are like their receipt, a mile long. Ridiculous wait time every flipping time.

Extremely unorganized. Very unprofessional. Said my script was ready. It took over an hour and half to get one script. They looked so miserable and were rude. Something needs to change. Highly recommend going elsewhere

Everytime I go through the drive through the younger woman waiting on me is extremely rude, I’m sure it isn’t an easy job to have but if you don’t want it quit. She asks for my name and then stares blankly and rudely at me as I reply. I always try to be extremely kind and it seems like she would rather be anywhere else.

The fact I call and can't get to a real person, and never get a call back is ridiculous I have tonight and tomorrow morning left of my meds. If I go through withdrawals and end up in the hospital I'm suing!
Edit: went back tonight.
I had issues before with this cvs trying to get my medication correct. My insurance only allows 90 day prescriptions after so many 30 day ones and I told the pharmacist that, I told the tech and was ignored. He offered me a 30 day script out of pocket trying to have me not charge my insurance. And i declined and told him id call my insurance. I called my insurance as soon as I left the parking lot. And they said CVS had just put in the 90 day script and it was approved after I left the parking lot. My husband and me went to the grocery store and came back through the drive thru and my husband told the woman at the drive thru, he'd like to see the prescriptions first to make sure they didn't mess up again. The girl said "well you didn't talk to me so.." i told her it was the tech and pharmacist and that's why we were frustrated. We had been arguing back in forth WITH YOUR PHARMACY TECH. I told her the app was saying I had 4 scripts ready and they'd been ready for awhile, she stated they had no affiliation with the app. And she eventually tells us "you guys know you don't have to go here you can go somewhere else." She ended up messing up my 90 day prescription and making me pay the full 25 and not have it be charged to my insurance because she grabbed the wrong one. Im so tired of this. I have been going to cvs for my entire 30 years, my grandma just died and I just wanted my scripts, that could cause me withdrawal if I didn't take them and this pharmacy messed up and made me pay out of pocket, we were disrespected my the pharmacist who acted like my insurance was bad and embarrassed us in front of the store telling us they declined my script, then it finally shows ready on the app and its for my 90 day script. And she gives us the wrong one, makes me pay 20 dollars more. I just wanted my correct medications, this is ludicrous. You cannot treat those who keep you in business like this. I am an employee of a large healthcare corporation, and I used to be in customer service before I took my new position and I took crap from people every day. I would never tell them to go somewhere else. I'm switching my prescriptions to optum rx, because "i can go somewhere else" Absolutely awful. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow.

Update! They redesigned the waiting area so it doesn't interfere with any of the aisles.
I have no complaints about this place that aren't the same as every other pharmacy anywhere.
BUT the line to the pharmacy counter goes straight through the feminine care aisle. That means if you need to get a box of tampons, uti treatment, sex toys, or even an at home insemination kit, you're likely to be making your selection with an audience.

This has to be the worst CVS in the region.
I almost always have to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive through when picking up my prescriptions.
They need to hire more people or get their system more streamlined.
Waiting and using most of my lunch break to get my medications is ridiculous!!

The call system is rage inducing. You can not simply speak to a pharmacy staff member and must leave a voicemail. I don't need a glorified if else statement robot - I need to ask if a medication is in stock; something it completely fails at. I'm with the boomers on this one: get rid of that bull or add an option to talk to a human WITHOUT a stupid callback. I'd rather be on hold than wondering when the heck I'll get a callback.

Ordered my prescriptions & paid for them online. After waiting 45 min in line to pick them up, they said they don't have them. Said they were transferred to another store. I drove to the other side of town to find out the other other store did not have them ready, AND they wanted me to pay AGAIN! Now I don't have my prescriptions or my money!

It was already hard enough to get to a real person but now it's impossible. This whole leave a voicemail and someone from our call center will call you back is a move in the wrong direction. I get everyone is trying to reduce and maximize profits but this is the wrong move for something so personal for what could be life changing medications. I really hope this gets reversed I have been with CVS forever.

After my surgery, we were directed to pick up medications at this location. The pharmacy staff was rude, inconsiderate, and severely unprofessional.
We went through the drive through twice. The assistant had a poor attitude - “couldn’t find my name” and refused to look up my prescription by number (which we had). Additionally, we moved prescriptions from one cvs at our home to this location. due to convenience and they told me it was not going to be covered by insurance… it was ready and filled at. allocation an hour away for $3.They were incredibly difficult when we were trying to get my PRESCRIBED pain medication and refused to contact the provider for clarification and made us contact them resulting in getting my medications 7 hours after my surgery and lapsed in pain medication coverage.
If you don’t like your job, quit. Or learn to be more professional.
