I stopped by to get a pair of Oakleys. They were located at the register. 3 reps ignored me. On my way to Kohls to buy some sunglasses. This service level has proved to be routine at the Bloomington Il store.

This stores sucks! I have been it multiple times and they never have the size you are looking for never. Needed shoes size 10 -we had them look for 5 different pairs! Finally left the store without purchasing anything.

Big & Tall men if you need clothing...go to Bass Pro. I only saw 1 3x shirt in the store.

Not enough employees. Customers are waiting a long time to see an associate. No one in the store knows how to sell fishing licenses well.

Searched online for a specific shoe, and it should have been at this location. It wasn't. I disturbed a girl employee from her phone conversation, and she was no help. They are fully stocked on clothes, but if you're looking for shoes at this location, Goodluck!

Went to the store to buy shoes. Picked out 3 pairs, none of them were sold in the store. Was told they could order them but theyre only available on line. Someone explain to me why I would waste my time going to a store to buy shoes that only sold them on line? Plus buying on line I can find all 3 shoes for a lower price.
