Lady with blonde-brown hair and glasses is so miserable. I gave her the big cardstock at the end of the line because it wouldn’t fit on the belt. She says rudely “yeah I need that over here…” and starts mumbling on, I could barely hear her. My boyfriend also asked for cash back , she replies, “we need to get a bigger sign that says you can’t take out more then $20…” and again, very rudely and disrespectful.

Went in to get balloons for a birthday, didn't think about it being 2025 and needing balloons for a 15 yo party, they were out of 5's, but told me there was another store just a few miles up the road and even called to make sure they had the balloons I needed in stock.

True, the prices increased. BUT that's only fair, right? Lot's more variety! Before the $increase it seemed the dollar items weren't worth even that. I think the company is on the upswing.

The place is a mess. The freezers are broken, and when they do work they only stock the new expensive stuff. There was a huge soda spill on a counter no one has cleaned up. Whoever is managing it needs to go and the company needs to get involved.

Shelves are hardly stocked. The cashiers are friendly but with no management support. Manager is constantly in the office and doesn't show interest in store or employees.
