It features a wide variety of brands and styles for men, women, and kids, along with handbags and accessories. Customers appreciate the nice selection of wide width shoes and the extensive clearance section, which is affordable and offers a lot. The sales staff are extremely helpful, friendly, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The store also has a free Rewards program that gives helpful coupons and perks to its members. Overall, visitors are very pleased with their experience.
I ordered a pair of shoes online and unfortunately they didn't fit so I went in to return or exchange. I never did this before so I wasn't sure of the process. The young lady at the counter was quick to acknowledge me and ask how she could help. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable which was so very appreciated.

Took my mom to the Galesburg Illinois location to look for a pair of black shoes for a wedding. Had a nice selection of wide width shoes. She found 3 pairs she liked. Staff extremely helpful. Clean store.
