I was having an issue with tracking my package. Phil went above and beyond providing excellent information on how to resolve my problem. Tracey helped me with prompt directions and was very helpful. These people know what they’re talking about and are the definition of great customer service!!!

If I could give a negative review I would do so!! I have called the business 14 times over the span of about an hour or so. There is no way to get past the automated menu. I tried everything possible to work within the menu but nothing worked. I live too far away to drive to Kinko’s to see if they offer any type of computer service.
I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. They refuse to answer their phone. There is no way of determining what services are offered, either. Yes, I did make an attempt to peruse their website but it focused on package delivery.
I am continually amazed at exactly how terrible most US businesses operate. There is not even a modicum of service to customers.

I came in to get some digital artwork printed. Phil, the store manager, was very helpful! I brought in the frame with me, and he offered to have my artwork printed and placed in the frame as well! The print turned out gorgeous!! Highly recommend! They’ll take really good care of you.

Second experience with terrible customer service at this location. No customers in the store and 4 employees standing around talking, didn’t move a muscle. Barely greeted me but more so asked what do you need? Asked for an envelope and was told they didn’t have any. When I told the rude woman that my daughter had gotten one there previously, she suddenly pointed me to an entire selection of envelopes. Luckily a nice lady walked in late from lunch and helped check me out. Just be prepared to deal with a bunch of terrible workers at this location. Hopefully they won’t be employed there much longer.

Lady there is great rest of the staff is very low grade passive aggressive won't be going to this store again... rather go to the DMV. Went down the road to the other Fedex by the airport they had no problem shipping my box and insuring it for declared amount that I wanted. Worker stated my makeshift box was not up to policy standards! Well check the picture below you be the judge! Fedex airport all the way..✌️

Paid to have this delivered by today. Received update after 5:00 PM that package won’t be delivered until sometime tomorrow. Tried calling 800 number and there is no customer service. Called the facility I took the package too and was immediately transferred to the same 800 #. No one will accept the call. Poor customer service!
