Delivery rural driver typically does a good job. However, management cannot be reached unless… well… ever. Because FedEx evidently doesn’t want customers talking to their humans by phone. The automated desk secretary will continue to badger one into giving information that one does not wish to pony up. Until automation sternly says, “Sorry. A representative cannot help you without that information. Goodbye.” THIS automation is yet another management issue. The one that I called about is need to conduct continuing education in support of their already good drivers. Specifically, always leave a package or letter at the customer drop in a location that keeps the package from blowing away in a wind storm. Because the wind will most assuredly eventually start blowing in one minute after you leave.Management. Fix your automation and hire a human who can be spoken with after about five or ten attempts. The store is in a FedEx distribution center. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have an envelope or label prepared.

Their driver in Lexington needs to slow down. He flies past in residential neighborhoods there are children in them and people's pets. I'm shocked no one has been hurt!!

I keep forgetting they don't open until 9:00 a.m.. would that be a warning for everybody else? Don't show up early. Once they were there and open they were very helpful. I was in and out in no time.

I've been home 2 days in a row waiting for my package with the door propped open. And no one has even tried to deliver my package but I keep getting notifications that they attempted to deliver my package. I didn't even see a truck pull up at all, no door tag, nothing. Just BS.

2/15/23 .. afternoon @ Gailey Eye Clinic .. Fedex driver Jason went out of his way to hold doors open for handicapped person and exchanged a few pleasant words. This speaks very well for your company .. He's a "Keeper" !!!!
