Lieschen has hosted men’s golf fitness classes in the past. I really enjoyed her creativity within the gym and her fun attitude. And she is now my wife! Highly recommend her, of course!!

Agree with everything Cathy said! Lieschen really cares about each and every client, and matches the workouts to our needs. She watches form closely and varies the workouts every time. We have fun in class!!
