Nice place to go when your looking to take the kids shopping or your just looking for some cheap stuff yourself and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I went in today for a rug i saw online. There were boxes everywhere and I could see they were putting spring stuff out. I searched the store and couldn’t find it. I work retail and instead of being rude and just going through the boxes since I don’t work there I decided to ask an employee how long it might take to bring out all the spring decor. I was mid sentence and I’m not sure if she was the manager but she freaked out on me. I just stood there in shock and embarrassment that she was yelling at me over something I saw online and “that doesn’t mean it’s in the store” like as if I was supposed to know. I left shaking because of my bad anxiety.

Should be called, nothing is 5 below. I haven't been in a couple years and was disappointed. I could get better deals elsewhere, and better quality. The store was messy too, I almost fell because of something on the floor.

I love five below, I love the items. The store was neat and nice. The staff however was fairly rude and distracted. A few associates were throwing items over their heads back and forth on sales floor. One cashier had the light on but it didn’t seem like they were open for customers since the associate was checking herself out while behind the counter. The other cashier who came to assist didn’t smile once. They asked one question and didn’t talk nearly the entire time. When they walked over to check me out they just stood there and stared at me. They didn’t say “hi” or “I can help you over here.”They didn’t turn the light on. Just stared at me until I asked if they were open to check me out and they said yes. When they did ask me a question, once I answered I got a dirty look in exchange and no response. It was a very cold interaction. There’s one wonderful lady that works there. She’s there all the time and is wonderful, but just about everybody else seemed like it was a bother to be there and a hassle to help customers. Just did not feel welcomed whatsoever.
