Signed up for a catching clinic prior to Covid. Clinic was cancelled would not return my money. I asked 4 times Place is alway dirty and gross. The bathrooms and worse than that.

I have been trying to call for days to setup a trial class. No one ever answers the phone! I left a voicemail and it took 8 days to call me back, but of course i didnt hear my phone ring. Called them back 10 mins later and of course, no one answered.

Lady up front was very rude to me when I tried to enroll my daughter in gym camp. She talked to me like I was a 2 year old after ignoring me standing at the counter for a few minutes before acknowledge me. In the past the ladies up front have enrolled my daughter very easily and she flat out refused to and told me to go online and do it. Very rude.

Well we had five kids ready to go and we go there and it was closed and it wasn't even on the website! It was a tinted sign on the door you couldn't even see. All I could see was the disappointment in people faces

$7 for admission. Scoreboards didn't all work. Concession was disgusting. One person, no gloves used...touching food and money. Plus pretty much no food. Some families here most of day. Terrible seating.

Paid $130 for both of our kids to do a basketball skills camp. Was horribly unorganized and had 1-2 untrained college aged kids trying to train 40+ 4-9 year olds. Was a huge waste of time and money!
