The people are nice and respectful but this place is so severely understaffed that it takes over a week to get meds, if they refill them at all. Hire some more people, ffs.

Some of the most patient and helpful people. As a medicaid patient I'm used to being treated like a waste of space, but everyone here took time to communicate everything I needed to know and how or when prescriptions would be filled.
