Walked into store to look and purchase items and sad good Morning to the worker with no response or how may I help you then another person walked in and the associate did speak to that person and asked her questions. Terrible SERVICE!!!!!!

The kid was on his phone the whole time I was in the store. I even turned around to see what he was watching...(Tik Tok). I had a package of vitamins Thoth a half off sticker. He looked at it in front of me and tried to charge me all full price. I asked hi for a breakdown of the changes. And I caught him. Told him Of his mistake. He said he didn't see it. I watched him look at it face value and say we'll what we're you going to do with the 50 dollars you got back from my purchase... stupid a** kid just looked at me and said nothing because he was caught... I then asked him if he wanted to ring up the correct price or I'll go somewhere else and I eventually got the marked price.... Resale 101... a******* Won't be coming to this store anymore...

No l-trytophan products. A cursory glance of products highlighted some concerning supplements especially for the kidneys. Shop warily. Otherwise fairly wide selection.

I had a fantastic experience going to this GNC to buy some supplements and pre workout for the first time. The guy behind the counter made me feel welcome and gave me some amazing recommendations for both products as well as overall wellness tips.

I am 24 now and realizing in retrospect how SICK and SHAMEFUL a GNC that is now, thankfully, permanently closed in Peoria, Illinois Northwoods Mall, is. Selling diet pills to a 16 year old girl that CLEARLY didn't need them-anything for a sale, right? Shameful, morally corrupt. I work as a manager in a retail location and am honest with my guests about products we sell, direct them to cheaper locations or if it's right for them entirely, I don't sell my SOUL and MORALS to make a sale. How dare you sell diet/metabolism pills to an obviously healthy 16 year old girl. Shameful, morally corrupt, and SICKENING. All to make a sale. My skin is crawling, grifters.

A worker there acted like I was stupid for not paying 40 bucks for a pre workout powder. Graduating from Illinois state with a degree in sales, that's definitely not gonna make someone wanna buy a product.

Super helpful, fully stocked, good selection. Everytime we've gone in the employee was super helpful. They would show us around if we asked for help and would stay behind the counter when we said we were good. Even the good sport when we showed up about 10 minutes before they closed but we knew what we were going in for so it was a quick trip without causing any problems. We needed help with pre workouts, protein powders, protein shakes, and even vitamins...they employees seemed really knowledgeable and they showed multiple options instead of leading us to the most expensive or the GNC brand.
