Avoid! After explaining and showing the haircut stylist what I wanted they then proceeded to ignore my request, even after multiple reminders throughout. The sides and top are uneven and inconsistent lengths. In all my life I have not had a worse haircut or haircut experience. Save yourself and go to another place

Shelby gave me the best fade I’ve gotten since being out here in Illinois, I could tell half way through that she knew what she was doing. I’ve had no less than 2 dozen terrible haircuts since living in Illinois, and at last (in a grocery store of all places) I went to a Great clips and got a great cut, shout out Shelby, im gonna bring my kids to her as well.

I went in for a basic haircut, and I can’t believe how poorly it turned out. It felt like no one here has even the minimum skills for cutting hair. Uneven layers, rough edges, and it’s clear they don’t pay attention to detail. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants even a decent haircut.”

Terrible experience with this lady. I told her to cut 1.5 inch with scissors of my son's hair because he has long hair. She ended up cutting almost 4 inch making him almost bald. She did not even layer the hair correctly. I can do a better job at cutting it if I wanted my son to look like this. She had a small attitude towards my son as well.

We used a coupon for my husbands haircut and unfortunately had to fix the cut in the bathroom when we got home. Didn’t listen to instructions, the hair looked better before he went there.

Won’t be going back. Had an older lady who didn’t stop talking and cut my hair in 5 minutes. Looks terrible. For $22 what a joke. Would avoid!

Absolutely abysmal experience at this hair salon. The wait time is a joke here; despite booking in advance, you're expected to wait an additional 15-20 minutes upon arrival. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this overpriced, overhyped establishment at all costs. Complete waste of time and money.!!

They aren’t deserve even this 1 star for their unprofessional hair cut. Here’s the image and that’s how Mr. Walter trimmed off my hair completely at 1 place. Mr Walter, When you’re not serious about your profession please move on instead of doing damages to others. Never again to this place and hope it may end up soon as Worst Clips if not serious towards its customers.
