It had been over a year since I had a haircut and I was nervous but knew I needed to get rid of split ends. The scary part of going to a new hair stylist is the unknown. Will they cut too much? My fears were definitely unfounded because not only was the perfect amount trimmed but I also received a blowout which enabled me to go right from the chair to an evening out. Thank you Great Clips for a great experience!

I had a horrible experience. I go to get Stephanie Russo to cut my hair. She does a wonderful job for me. Out of nowhere someone came screaming at her to clock out. We were discussing the store at Schnucks which had lead me to believe Stephanie was no longer there to get my business. Now I was discussing. ..this was not her fault. Ya'll dropped the ball today. And wrote her up...write her down .

Boo! Just, boo. I walked in to get a haircut. Three stylists were free and sitting in chairs. The one closest huffs herself to her feet, comes to the counter, and greets me with, "Since you didn't check in, you need to give me your phone number." I'm not one to encourage false corporate saccharine greetings; but this was so abrupt I literally froze. No "hello" or "you have an appointment," just an accusation framed as making her life more difficult and a demand for my information. As I stood there dumbstruck trying to get back to a normal human interaction, the stylist doubles-down and barks at me again: "Gimmie your phone number." Again, no request, no 'please,' not even "Did you get lost looking for the dairy aisle of the attached grocer." So I left. Too many discount hair cut places around town to ever deal with this Karen-esque hole of grumpiness ever again. Boo!

Brought my four-year-old son in to get a haircut. The woman was utterly rude with me and demanding. I don't know her name. But the shorter woman with the Bob style haircut with glasses. Rude probably won't come back because of how I was treated.

Terrible hair cut. I had them go off of notes from a previous haircut and they completely ignored it and gave me a entirely different cut saying it would look better. In the end I would have rather had my hair cut from my lawn mower it probably would have done a better job. i would give this a 0 if i could but a one star review is the bare minimum this place did worse then the bare minimum. DO NOT GO
