Store was well stocked and staffed. Employees were eager to help and maintained a friendly atmosphere. The only downside is the parking in relation to the store. The store is built on the highside of a hill at the corner of an intersection with the parking lot being on the other side of the store with a large ramp to access. Only an issue when purchasing large bulky items but store employee's were happy to help.

I had filed a claim for damage done to a vehicles dash board from loading something. That's not what I have a problem with. What I have a problem with is the fact that I filed a claim May 17 with the store manager. I had not gotten anything back, no update, no decision etc since. I sent an email AND phone call to claims/legal dept and got nothing in return and it's been 8 days since that. What is going on here?
