The staff do a wonderful job and has been at this location for a long time (Eastland Mall, Bloomington IL.) bc of returning customers I assume.
The massages are intense and not for those who are highly sensitive. If you prefer lighter touch you WILL have to TELL THEM. Otherwise the massage is pretty deep (I drink water and light stretches afterwards)
The employees are from China and after talking with one , I leaned has lived her for nearly 20 years, and trained in California on these particular east asian massage techniques (forgot the name).

Wow this a is a hidden gem that is hidden in the mall. I've been searching for this type of foot spa since I moved here almost 3yrs ago. I got the 1 hour combo and it was exactly what I have been needing! Already looking forward to my next visit.

Omg this was my first time ever at a spa. I got a full body massage and feet detox. The guy that did it his hands were so moist it felt soooo good. Also it's for decent prices. Try it if you coming from out of town!

I love going here! It’s been a monthly ritual for years now. The staff is so incredibly friendly, prices are fair (they work their butt off), and it’s in a relaxed setting. Love them!!

I tried to get a replacement for a Wallflower plug in that had stopped working. I was treated like crap! The young girl that first waited on me acted like I was some scammer. She got the manager who was an older lady. The manager said that product is only good for 6 months to a year! What?? I thought you could return anything to BBW for replacement. Guess not. For the prices they charge you should expect better products.

I usually really like this store However the past 2 times I have been there I felt like I was at a used car lot because they were constantly asking for a managers help. Let me say I worked in customer service for 11 years if the manager named Mary worked for me she would be fired in a hot second! Rude, condescending and very impolite!!! I'm even more disappointing after seeing another review who had a bad experience with her as well. I will be going to the other one in town or order online. I'm not going to give money to a store that employs people like that.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! I went in with my 5 children and usually it's hard for us to navigate through the stores because everyone has to smell every candle. But they were SO accomidating and spoiled our kids from the minute we walked in. They left smelling good because the ladies bad them try the cool stuff and they got little hats. Best trip ever! Every time we go in its so laid back and just the best experience! This is now the only store I'll go to!

Massages are fair. They are done in an open room with multiple beds. I could hear other customers grunt and groan and toot! You are massaged over a sheet...no direct skin contact except feet. The workers all speak to one another in their language (Chinese?) while working on you.... loud and constant. For the money you have to spend, find a spa where you have privacy, serene music and a hand to skin massage.
