Update on HR BLOCK. It’s been almost a year (10 months actually) our taxes from this past year remain incomplete. Five people from HR looked at our taxes starting with our preparer Jennifer. My husband told her something wasn’t right, and continued to persue the issue only to be handed off to more tax preparers. Well we figured out we are owed over 9k. No thanks to HR. RUN from the incompetence and attitude. Their PEACE OF MIND little add on service, don’t bother. There is no service in this case. They do not resolve the issues they cause. Buyer be ware. We will follow thru with the BBB and others soon over this mess. Take our advice, find a competent service with no attitudes. I’m happy my husband persisted to the tune of the thousands of our dollars.
