Not very pleased, and to be fair I came in day after tax season was over & I owed the government money so I was prepared for a fee etc.. It was simple to drop off my files no problems, I received a call less than week later for a man to tell me that I will be receiving 0$ of my $2000 for my son we needed to cover medical expenses. On top of that he says they charge $$$$$$400 to do my taxes already knowing I owed money & have a son. Yikes. When I came in to discuss the matter a woman said no worries you’ll receive the $2,000 so I felt relieved. Only to not even get $1000 TOTAL in the end 2 weeks later. Will not return seemed real scammy. Do not go

Taxes wise everything looks ok but a real lack of communication. I’ve tried calling multiple times without answer so I have to go into the store for an update. It turns out there were minor problems that could’ve been solved with a simple phone call that they failed to communicate.

I am very satisfied with the results of my tax returns this year . Everything was explained and they took time to make me aware of what was wrong previously with my taxes . And I will always recommend Jackson Hewitt to friends and families. Mr. Allen and Robert are both knowledgeable in what they are doing.

I made an appointment with this company in Walmart on Greenbriar. Called today to find out that the guy is no longer there. So was anybody going to call me to tell me. So I called a main number and she couldn't help me nor did she try to. So I gave 2 stars because at least I talked to a human. Unprofessional and I will never use them for taxes
